Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. They explained everything they were doing and why. They made sure I was completely taken care of. I cannot say enough about Bubba, Cody and Michael. I will NEVER use another company again.

HVAC tuneup. Kasheen did an excellent job. Been using them for 10-15 years. Always responsive and professional and know their stuff.

Mr. Lee was very professional and was able to answer my questions. He had everything finished in a timely manner.

Update Thursday 7/6/2023: We discovered the tank on one our our new toilets had sprung a leak today. Water was dripping from where the hose connected to the tank and collecting on the floor. We made a quick call to Force Home and they dispatched Michael A. to respond. He was literally here in minutes. It turned out that a fastener had simply worked loose. Michael had the problem fixed in just a few moments. We appreciated the rapid response! Fortunately, it was an easy fix. No more leaking.

Update Tuesday 6/6/2023 and Thursday 6/8/2023: Michael A. performed our annual plumbing inspection Tuesday and reviewed recommendations with us. Based on his recommendations, we opted to replace the aging toilets in our home with new ones. He provided several quotes for us to consider. We opted for to purchase replacements and have FHS install them. Michael A. and Michael B. installed them for us this morning and did a wonderful job. These guys are very courteous and very professional. We couldn't more pleased with their work and the support we have received from all the staff at FHS. Thanks, everyone!

Update 3/13/2023: George performed our spring HVAC check on our Forever HVAC system today. He thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside portions of the systems and confirmed the condition was spotless. He tightened some loose insulation wrapping on one pipe in the attic, just as a precaution, but there were no problems. I went up in the attic with him and he showed me the exact spot as he taped up the wrapping. Filter was fine. Outside unit was fine. We chatted before he left and he brought me up to speed on how to ensure the drain pipe in the attic will stay clean during the months when the AC will be running. The tips were documented in the report, also. Followed up with a comprehensive write up with the invoices via email. Excellent service visit. Thanks, George.

Update 9/27/2022: Larry performed our annual winter check on our Forever HVAC system. He gave the system a thorough internal cleaning and inspection, and confirmed our filter was still fine (we'd just changed it last month). No issues to report. Afterward, Larry explained everything he did. Very friendly and professional. Great service, Larry.

Update 9/6/2022: Cody and Michael provided warranty service to our Forever hot water heater system. The regulator had apparently failed. They gave the system a thorough diagnostic and replaced the faulty part under warranty. Great work. We always appreciate your friendly, professional service.

Update 8/5/2022: Force Home conducted our annual plumbing inspection. Cody Nash was our technician today and did a thorough check up of our home, inside and out, and reviewed the results with us, along with some long term recommendations to consider. Cody was wonderful, providing very helpful tips for our reference. Thanks Force Home, and special thanks to Cody, too!

Update 7/21/2022: Yesterday our Forever A/C unit went down during the hottest day of our July 2022 heat wave. Jorge Rodriguez was dispatched to handle our emergency call and had the unit diagnosed and back up and running in nothing flat this morning. The culprit was a failing capacitor that Jorge quickly swapped out with a new one. Our Forever A/C works like a charm again! Thanks, Force Home...and special thanks to Jorge for the outstanding customer service.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cody. He is my go to master plumber for every issue I have in my home. He is professional, friendly and trustworthy. Thank you Cody for taking care in my home and fixing the water heater issue. You are the best!

Li was fantastic!! He and Logan came in did maintenance fixed an issue working in about 30 minutes and explained in clear detail about what was done and needed to be done in future. Excellent service and an excellent techs!!! Just an overall excellent company to do business with.

Recently, I had another issue with my air condition system and technician Mr. Jorge Rodriguez came out to the rescue. Not only did he arrive earlier than the suggested time he diagnosed the problem and had me back in business the following day. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the questions that I had about the a/c panel replacement.
