Can't say enough good about Force. They really went above and beyond for us, and everyone through the whole process, whether in person or customer service on the phone, was quick to communicate and very helpful. I don't know how to better sum it up than that! Will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to other people.

1st appt canceled 24hrs before service. 2nd appt canceled 2hrs before service before I insisted someone come out on a day I did not go to work.
Master Technician only 20 yrs old - his Apprentice/Assistant was older. After checking my HVAC system in the attic, they went outside to clean and inspect the A/C compressor. 35 minutes later, while in the bathroom near the front door, Kechon just opens my door and walks right on in. Who does that? Thank goodness I did not have time to "react" to someone entering my home unlawfully because I was in the bathroom. If that violation weren't enough, this young man wanted to have a seat to discuss all the services I needed to buy from Force Home Services before my 3.5 yr old system dies. I declined the up-sell and escorted these young men out my home. Today, less than 24 hours later, my A/C has stopped working. I feel violated all over again.

Larry's a good dude. Our heater issue turned out to be an electrician problem, but he came up with a partial solution that gave us back our heat, and also gave us a thorough explanation of the remaining work to be done to pass on to a trustworthy electrician. Very pleased with our experience.
