This review is for Mark for a full HVAC system replacement. Mark was very professional, and didn't leave anything out. He was able to do all the thermal load calculations and design the HVAC system for my house's specific needs! He did go an extra mile to make sure we once again enjoy our home in the Texas heat. I also appreciate that Home Force is a local business that appreciates and takes care of their veterans. This is not the first time I used their services, and always happy with them, their meticulous approach, and attention to details.

Also a special shout out to Cody from Home Force, who also did an outstanding job a couple years back, replacing water lines in the kitchen after the freeze we had, that resulted in many north Texas household bursted pipes fiasco.

I appreciate you guys! And am highly recommending their services for whatever HVAC, electric or plumbing needs one may have. Cheers!

Jax came to my house to fix a few plumbing issues. Forced was prompt with all communications and Jax was thorough with all repairs. He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely use them for plumbing services again.

In regards to a tankless water heater purchase/installation.
Courteous, knowledgeable, on time, listened to what I wanted and how I wanted install to look like.

We had to have 2 of our A/C units replaced in our home. Start to finish everything went smoothly. Very professional and customer service was top notch!!! Highly recommend!

Jax is very Professional with knowledge with added quality workmanship with attention to detail installation made every line hose coupling very clean and organized professional appearance for sure. was beyond expectations from historical experience with other companies well done ! Top of the line workmanship for sure ! Jax should be a supervisor or manager with his skills of communication and knowledge and his diversity and integrity and inclusion is a bonus for his future and that is a talent in itself!

Maybe they are good, they are probably great. But they quoted me 2x the cost of literally everyone else. $3600 for a simple water heater replacement. Good luck 👍

The people at Force Home Services are very responsive in answering or calling back. They also keep the client informed about confirming appointments and if any technician is delayed. Jax did an amazing job with repairing my old outdated and leaking shower plumbing with new updated parts. The repairs are very professional and I am happy that I chose this company to work on my house.
