Just wanted to say we are are really grateful for Force Home Services and Larry!! They made it out to Little Elm to help us with our emergency of our heater not working right when it's suppose to snow. It was very hard for me to find time to take off but they were so accommodating and understanding 🥹!! It turns out our issue was an electrical issue but Larry didn't leave us hanging and helped us get our AC running again and went beyond our expectations and job duties to help us! If it wasn't for him we would be freezing right now. We can't thank him and Force Home Services enough!! 😇 😊😊

Jax and Jason came over to fix the gas riser which was leaking gas. They did a terrific job and were very responsive. They took care of everything and explained all steps they had done. I really appreciated what they did. Thanks.

I was getting plenty of hot water from every faucet in my house except for the master bath tub. There was only cold water from the hot water faucet in that tub. Cody and Michael worked very hard on trouble-shooting, were very persistent, and the problem was solved. If I need more plumbing work of any kind in the future, I will definitely be calling on them again!

Paul was extremely professional, checked to see if we had a warranty left. Would without a doubt if we need repairs again reach out to this company and Paul.

We had an inconsistent water leak in the kitchen. Michael carefully assessed the issues before solving our problem effectively and efficiently. We will turn to Force Home Services for future plumbing needs.

Michael and his partner installed a new water heater, a toilet, and three faucets in my home. He informed me every step of the way and thoroughly explained everything they'd done at the walk-through at the end of the job. I feel confident in the professional job they did.

Larry, Laura, Jorge and his team were awesome and professional. They did a great job from beginning to end. It started with Larry who came and gave us an estimate of what it would cost to install a new HVAC & Heating unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and follow-up to see if had any questions or concerns as well as Laura who called and texted to see if we had any additional questions or concerns about the tech and/or our decision to install. During the installation process Jorge and his team were magnificent in covering the floor and keeping all areas as clean as possible. The installation went perfect. Thank you Force Home Services you guys are great.

I can’t say enough about Michael at Force Home Service- I He was prompt, knowledgeable, and gave me options for my Navien hot water heater repair. More importantly, he cared about my household and kept me in the loop on where the parts were and promised that he would come install them the day they arrived. He did—, after hours on his normal day. He and his coworker went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done correctly. They will be the first people I call from now on for any my heating air and plumbing services!

My air conditioner went out. I was about to change out the thermostat. Larry was able to troubleshoot the problem to a clogged drain with a level sensor. After he cleaned it out, it worked fine.

Li did an excellent job, thoroughly checking my my entire HVAC system. He is very professional and knowledgable, always responsive to my most basic questions. He’s also a pleasure to work with.
