Kevin was more than prompt for a Memorial Day call. Our AC was not working at all. He was able to isolate the problem and give a quote. Since it was a holiday I didn’t expect anyone available. His professionalism and politeness was evident from the get go. As for the repair same quality service. This pleasant experience was definitely refreshing and who doesn’t appreciate a happy expert! BCI is fortunate to have him onboard. Also Rhonda was great to work with at the office. We will definitely continue calling on BCI for all future situations related to AC work.

Jacob did a great job for us. We had a component failure and he tracked down the uncommon part in a just a couple of days. No doubt that he takes pride in his work and is knowledgeable. It’s very clear why neighbors highly recommended BCI.
I work over nights, so when I got home, they had just shown up and were blaring music at 7 am. I asked them if they wouldn't mind turning it off as I had just got home from a 14 hour shift and needed to sleep during the day. They agreed and turned it off, but after about 30 minutes, they turned it back on again. Mind you they are working right outside my room. They also did not give any courtesy notice when they turned off the water to replace the pipes. We had to find out mid shower. The last straw was our internet went down. After troubleshooting, I decided to check the cable. Come to find out that they cut our internet cable. For no reason. The piping and digging was done and the hole was refilled yesterday (3/29/23). We still had internet up until early this morning. What is the reason for cutting an internet cable?
I have used BCI Mechanical for years for my AC system maintenance. Dustin has always been very helpful. Recently my AC was not working up to par. Dustin diagnosed the problem and worked with me to help me understand what my options were. It was wonderful to have someone so willing to answer all my questions and spend the time it took. He pulled in Dylan when he knew we needed help with determining tonnage. Dylan was at my house within a very short time and assessed the situation perfectly. I decided I wanted to purchase a new AC and I was shown choices available and was able to pick what worked best for me. Very prompt and easy to work with! A new AC was installed in my house the very next morning. Unbelievable! I would highly recommend this company.

Right from the start, I was impressed with BCI personnel. Their proposal was competitive, and clearly identified the scope of work and the specific equipment to be installed. The sales rep answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. The installation was accomplished quickly and smoothly. BCI’s crew was hard working and knowledgeable. They knew what had to be done and they accomplished it quickly and accurately. And follow up issues were resolved immediately. I was concerned that a project like mine might turn into a big mess. But, to me, it was a big success. I sincerely recommend the people at BCI.
We had two water heaters in our house replaced by BCI. They were easy to schedule with, prompt with appointments, and super efficient during installation. The technician explained all the technical details well and left an immaculate work area. I would definitely recommend them.
The Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful when I called to schedule plumbing service. Dwayne provided repairs to both bathroom toilets. He was prompt in arriving and let me know in advance what time he would be here. He was very efficient, professional, and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it within 30 minutes. I appreciate Dwayne and BCI for all they do.

I have used BCI for my routine maintenance on our HVAC. The techs are friendly, however they don’t call to remind you of your bi-annual service. That’s on you to schedule. In addition, when my AC quit working on the weekend, they didn’t answer the phone. What good is a HVAC company if they are not available when you need them. I’ve also had unpleasant experiences with their office staff when they do answer the phone.
