Walker AC is a dishonest company and I do not recommend working with them because they will take your money for no reason. J. Marcus told us that we would at least need to replace our compressor ($5,000) but that he recommended that we replace our entire AC because these parts going out cause a domino affect and the whole system would likely start having issues. He told us this would cost upwards of $10,000 and then charged us $85 for the service call. Thank God we got a second opinion. Alex with Dallas Plumbing Company came to our house and quickly identified that the issue was the inverter board AND that our system is under warranty. He ordered the part we needed, fixed our AC, and only charged us labor. I have a 5 month old baby at home and of course we were concerned about not having AC in the Texas heat. I just didn’t expect people to try to take advantage of us like that. That was not professional and now Walker AC will not return my calls or discuss the issue with me.

They called after the 2nd time window had been missed and stated their tech was on his way in 30 minutes. Their tech never showed or called. I searched and called Walker A/C. A live person answered and scheduled an AM appointment for the next morning. At 10:33am, the tech Jubenal Mota arrived. Within 30 minutes he replaced the capacitor!! My service charge of $89 was waived because of a service rendered. Very pleased!!

I had a call from Walker ac 30 minutes ahead that the tech Richard was on his way and a text 15 min later that he would be here shortly. He was right on time. He checked the inside unit and the compressor outside. He solved the problem and if I had any more problems just to call. He was professional and friendly. I am very happy he arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. I will use their service again if needed. Their service fee was very reasonable. DM

Just as for a simple 6month maintenance but he broke my light in struck without letting me know. Said everything was working fine but the unit was turned off and not working for three weeks while I went on vacation. Same person came back after I called about the current condition and said he was in such a hurry that he didn’t think to let me know about the light fixture he broke and didn’t have time to turn everything back on. Let me lower that 2.
