Worked with Cory and team to install a pair of Trane XV18 with XC80 gas fired furnaces to replace my 22 year old equipment that had been struggling.

I liked the way Walker service people would never push me to get new equipment and would try their best to simply repair my old units. Once I decided it was time, they engaged in the sales process, and it was never pushy or unpleasant. They let me know when there were discounts available which ultimately triggered our purchase.

The installation went well and they left the house pretty much as they found it. I also feel the price point was good compared to other companies I talked with.

Needed a custom AC install to keep ~40 server nodes cool as my business grows. These guys CRUSHED IT, initial tests show extremely promising results and now a massive stress has been lifted off my shoulders! Way to go guys!

I had Walker Air Conditioning come out and check my unit. The office personnel got me scheduled the same day and got a technician out very quick. The technician was very professional, nice and knowledgeable about my system and what was going on with it. He had it working in no time.

Walker AC&H was recommended to us by a family member. I called them out to diagnose our gas furnace because another company gave us a laundry list of stuff they said was wrong or about to go wrong. Turns out almost NONE of that was true and that part that was true is that our system just needs a good routine cleaning. Our tech took the time to explain and educate us about our furnace as well, very appreciated. Walker will be getting our future business.

I wanted a high-end Trane or American Standard system to replace my old system. My brother used to be an HVAC contractor in DFW, and recommended I buy a system with a variable speed compressor, variable speed fan, and modulating flame furnace. I wasn't looking for one with the lowest operating costs, rather one with the highest comfort level.

Walker bid exactly what I was looking for, while other contractors either tried to talk me out of the modulating furnace, or suggest other A/C brands. Cory followed up with me after putting together the bid, and answered all my questions. He reminded me of the way my brother used to do business – low pressure and knowledgeable. We emailed back and forth many times – which I appreciated.

Walker was low bidder on the project.

The install went well – the crew was professional...no issues.

There was a hiccup with A/C after the install. The 'dome temperature sensor' was faulty, which caused the system to think the compressor was running hot – shutting it down prematurely. Derek from Walker made the diagnosis, then consulted with Trane Technical Support to come up with a temporary fix while we wait for a replacement sensor. I was very impressed with Derek's skill.

I'm very pleased with Walker Air, and am convinced I chose the right HVAC company.

The original great crew of Walker AC is long gone and have been replaced by a typical corporate greed company that has bozos running the place that have absolutely no experience in AC The new owners(corporate)have completely changed what was a great AC company. Their new prices are just like the typical corporate owned companies, they have basically quadrupled their pricing and now customers are a number and an opportunity to drain the pockets with a bunch of unnecessary add ons. The installation department failed 3 city inspections and ruined my ceilings. Do your self a favor and call another contractor. Don’t walk away RUN as fast as you can.

These guys are great, I use them at least twice a year for annual maintenance. Love seeing the same faces year after year knowing that my house is taken care of by experienced officials. I always get a thorough explanation of what’s going on and what my options are. Very trustworthy company that I will continue to use.

Chose Walker based on knowledge and Professionalism of Richard Walker. Was not disappointed. Installed two Trane systems with zoning and experience was excellent. Have had multiple maintenance visits since and each time the service has been excellent.

Very prompt. Solid professional service from Mr. Tuell. This is why I've relied on Walker for 24 years.

My parents, who are in their 80’s, woke up to a hot house this Saturday morning in late June. My dad is mobile only with a walker/wheelchair so no a/c is not an option. My mom calls Walker A/C, they put my parents at the top of their list and came to the house within an hour. My mom appreciates Mark for his kind sincerity and explanation of the issue. He fixed the outside unit at a very reasonable Saturday price.
With all the people/companies that try to take advantage of the elderly, it’s nice to know Walker A/C is not one of them.
