Henry was very informative of his job very very polite and respectable listen to my concerns and explained to me about the replacement part and went the extra duty to accommodate me in my contract agreement just a very nice young man wish him the best of success with his career and was punctual read reviews on company and personnel and its a 5 star for me thanks walker air for service .

The tech was on time. He was courteous. He performed fall maintenance on my Trane heating system. By performing maintenance it has cut down on repairs.

I cannot say enough good things about Walker Air. I have used them for years - both repairs and routine maintenance. I just moved to a new home and the company who installed the HVAC system wanted to charge me a fortune to replace my thermostat. Walker was nice enough to call and find out it's covered under my warranty, picked up the part, and installed it within 36 hours of my call. Great customer service and nice technicians are really hard to come by these days! Walker does it right!

Regular maintenance. Identified blower needing cleaning and will schedule to upkeep system. Installed system originally and have maintained since. Will use in future and have referred to others!

I feel that we were price gouged last night during our service, can somebody please contact regarding: Charged $600 to install a $50 part. We paid $168 for a service call and then an additional $400 to install a compressor that took 30 minutes of time at maximum.
