Made an appointment a week ago. Took off of work to make sure I was here. Called in to dispatch when they were 2 hours late and was told they would have to reschedule since they are running behind. They told me some one called and left a voice mail, no one did no one warned us no one called and i lost money in the process. They did not respect my time

Here's a metaphor of what happened on their visit (scheduled from The Home Depot):

- Hey doctor
- Hi, how can I help?
- I think I broke my finger
- Let me take a look.... Hmmm, yes, you definitely broke it. Seems like we'll have to replace your whole arm.
- But doc, the problem is with my finger!
- Yes, but if we replace the whole arm, we'll make sure everything is new and we'll provide warranty and you can count on us.
- That doesn't make sense, doc. I'll have to consult with another doctor.
- Yes, I'm sorry you don't recognize value.

If you are the type of person that sees value in replacing a whole arm because a finger is hurt, go ahead and work with ARS.

The technician was very courteous and professional. He broke down the issues with the cooling system and made recommendations including initiating the calls to the head office for options. Overall I ended up signing for the membership which is a great value add.

I will be recommending and using ARS for the foreseeable future.

Alexander was wonderful. He was very thorough and communicated what he was doing. He educated us on our system and how to take care of it. Very knowledgeable and personable. Very impressed with him. All service techs I have ever dealt with could take lessons from him. Alexander is A+.

Our AC system wasn’t working properly and Narasio came out to check it out. The system (approx 3 years old) was never programmed properly and Narasio programmed the unit accurately and everything has been good since. Thanks Narasio for your knowledge and expertise…..much appreciated!

Steven England was the technician that came out. He was a stand up guy, provided great service and relevant suggestions. He replaced the capacitor and installed a float safety switch. I would highly recommend him. I will be requesting him for any future maintenance or repairs also.

Alex was awesome! Came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me options for how I wanted to proceed forward. Even after the consultation for the initial problem was done (my capacitor was out), he patiently answered all of my other questions. Really great service!

First appointment nobody showed up. Called and dispatch hung up on me. Called Home Depot to make a complaint and request another company for water heater installation but they informed me ARS was the only company they use. Made a 2nd apportionment bewtween 9-1 a few days later and nobody showed up, again.

VINNY,, the ARS SERVICE TECHNICIAN was friendly, reliable and very professional. I had questions about the operation of my AC unit and he was happy to answer them, giving me a little lesson on AC maintenance. I appreciate the respect he had for my property and the time he took to make sure I understood everything he did here today. Working with ARS is always a pleasure.
