Cute puppy pictures added for more effects! This is the second time we have called out Luxury air however, we have only used their services once. The first was for a complete install 2?years ago and we ended going with the cheaper company - BIG mistake!!! We now have issues with the brand new system that COULD have been from the installer. Trying to save, we ended up spending what we saved on this repair. You live and you learn! Luxury was very timely and kept in contact regarding aany and everything. The people who answered the phone, to the techs who came out to our house-ALL top notch folks! We will continue to use them for our needs! Thank you!!

100 degrees outside, A/C blower motor on one of our two systems failed. Service tech arrived in less than 24 hours. New one ordered and to be installed June 30. They honor their maintenance agreements, are honest, knowledgeable, and “know their stuff” All at reasonable prices. Been with them for over 15 years and definitely will continue.

They were able to come out the same day I called, another company had told me it'd be 3-4 days before they could get to me. With this Tx heat we know that's too long to wait to get an ac fixed. Lonnie was great also, he helped my blind mother fill out her check for the bill.

Great people, response time is great but purchased new AC/Heat unit in June and have had continuous issues with the system (6 times). Not happy with the System that was installed at all. Repair guy just left repairing 2 hrs ago bc our heat wasn’t working and now I have a System Failure Alert on thermostat.

We called this company on advice from a friend. It’s hard to know who to trust in the maintenance world, so word of mouth is almost always the way to go. I first asked for a quote online for a maintenance check to make sure we were going to be good in this N Houston heat. They responded in less than 24 hours and gave a quote of $79. Very reasonable so I called and booked it. They gave me a 4 hour window and made it in that window. Before coming they texted me the day before to remind me (good for those who are forgetful and don’t put it in their calendar). Then they texted me a picture and some personal details about the tech coming out. Nice touch!! They also called from the office to let me now he’d been dispatched and would arrive within 25 mins, which he did. Roy was extremely respectful, not being bothered by my dogs and putting booties on his shoes. He asked where the thermostat and attic access were, as well as the AC unit and got to work. About 15 mins later he reported all was well. He took my payment and offered info on a service plan. Highly professional company. I would 100% recommend!!
