From the onset of starting with the ARS team, it was an amazing experience. Starting with John from Home Depot on Hiawassee. He approached me asking if I would be interested in sending someone from ARS to come by and check my AC unit I agreed. The following day Dean Grant came by (very punctual) and explained to me how the system works, and what the existing system problems were. Coming from an apartment building in the Bronx, Dean made it extremely clear, that was great. Upon his recommendation, I asked for someone to come by and show me a new system. The same day the incredible Gabriel Tawadros came over within the half hour. Gabriel had an infectious personality ( great of course), and took plenty of time to make sure that I understood the process of purchasing a new system. He suggested a system that worked best for my home. Then the next day, two great technicians Ed.Petite and his partner worked diligently during the day to install new equipment, and remove the old equipment effectively. They made sure that before they left that all the necessary work was completed to make sure the system was working, functioning and running correctly. I am soo satisfied with the results, and quality that the whole team went over and beyond to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Had an AC unit replaced and while there was an issue with the manufacturer not shipping the correct part with the unit, the tech quickly got the correct part from the wear house. Our second AC went out today and they had a tech out to check within 2hr on the 4th of July. Our techs have all been professional and very good at ensuring we are informed of all options before suggesting anything and listening to our feedback on choice. Never pushy and never dismissive when over and will continue to recommend to friends and family.

My technician was very professional and honest. His name was Dean. He spent the time explaining to me what my options were and did not rush me at all. He was very neat and did clean up after himself after doing the tune up on my air conditioning system. He arranged a free estimate on Monday. I will definitely use Dean again. He's a great technician to have.

Honestly the only AC company that seems to work these days. After 3 other companies either failed to return calls, show up for appointments, ARS really came through. Only issue I had was, a scheduled appointment the other day, “dispatch” called and asked if I was home 2hrs before the appointment. I moved things around to wait for them (arriving in under 30min). The tech didn’t show until my originally scheduled time.
Other than this one poor experience the techs have been amazing and company responsive. I would recommend them for AC needs BUT stand firm on your appointments, they will ask you to move and then not show.

I purchased through a very good sales person a brand new unit and got it installed in May 31 of 2022, $8K! One year and a few days later my AC was not coming on due to an error message in the Nest. They came out 8 hours later pass the appointment time and said everything tasted fine! Just needed to unclog some water and all other measurements were fine which I expected being that the unit is 1 yr old! It worked for one day! Called them back again, made it pass the appointment time again! And said that the nest was messed up. So they installed a new one and still not cooling. So he installed it and put the old one back and said might be a leak! But just 2 days prior there was no leak! Dude left without fixing anything and now they want to charge me to come out again for the 3rd time this week and make me pay for a leak search! Dispatcher people so unprofessional! The service is aweful and 5 days later they cant even find out what is wrong with the brand NEW $8 UNIT!

PLEASE READ I am only giving a 4.0 to Mr. Wesley the electrician he was excellent clean neat labeled. Everything explained everything very thorough. What happened was two weeks ago I bought a new unit for $15,000. They came to install the new unit and found out they didn’t have a filter so there is a special filter and you can only get it on Amazon so technician wasn’t gonna put a filter in it, so they went and got me a filter when the technician was rewiring the circuit breaker he couldn’t get it to fit in so he had to cut some wires and pounded in. Meanwhile, he cracked my other circuit breakers. The AC unit won’t come on so you went back to the circuit breaker and moved it around. It came on , so I thought everything was OK. Then he couldn’t program google thermostat because new told use apps aren’t available so have to use wall I said no we want it on phone also finally after 30 minutes got it on one phone other will come up never did. They unit ran it for a couple days and then noticed the inside fan was constantly running and it wasn’t getting cool in the house. I went outside and checked and found the outside unit wasn’t running. I called them on Sunday to tell them that my outside unit wasn’t coming on and everything was brand new so I need to send a technician out to find out why the outside unit isn’t coming on , they told me some will be here between two and six on Sunday. I get a text message and a call at 5 o’clock. No one‘s coming I called back and they said will be here by 8 o’clock. I get another text message a call from dispatch at 7:30 saying nobody will be there. They have no technicians. I called back and they said someone will be there shortly about 930 the technician showed up he goes to the circuit breaker And its sizzling noise he told me that’s not his problem he’s not electrician. Electrician will have to come out here I called first thing Monday morning to put a call in and they said some will be here between four and eight that evening. Thank you I can arrange my day and get off work 10 minutes later I get a call and said the technician will be at your house in 10 minutes that’s at 9 o’clock in the morning and they said there’s no way I can be here. They said they can send one out first thing Tuesday Tuesday morning Mr. Wesley excellent guy. Excellent technician came out looked at it took the circuit breaker off and they cracked all my other breakers which caused my unit not to work and fried my circuit panel. Mr. Wesley said they had to replace both panels so he called his manager and his manager talked to higher up and said electrical is not their problem they ac technicians only so I asked why did he put a new circuit breaker in no response and I have to pay another $4000 to rewire everything buy that time I was very upset so Mr. Wesley calmed me down and show me what he could do very professional he rewired both circuit breakers are both panels for me I have pictures to show how they cracked everything and made it fry. I had an emergency my ac was out all say. I called at about 6pm and they sent someone in less than a hour. Best possible outcome. They were great. The tech was professional and courteous perfect.

I own a duplex and had 2 AC systems installed. When I purchased the second 3 months later I asked and was told I would have the same system at the same price point. What I got was a lesser system at the same cost. The company hid behind the fact that the unit was 16 seer when combined with the air handler. Both systems have the same air handler but different condenser units. I will attach photos. I would say the installers were wonderful but the company is not very honest or forthcoming. I would not use them or recommend them to anyone in the future. They are the main company for lowes and home depot so be careful. Like I said all I wanted was what I agreed to the same system at the same price . What I got was a 15 seer condenser on the second unit and a 16 on the first.
So don’t trust everything they tell you. I thought I was getting a F250 loaded and got a baseline model with hub caps ..
Shop around is all I can recommend..
Oh and I am not just an angry customer I was 100% satisfied with first unit. But got shafted on the second ..
