On 2/23/23 I called them for tune on a 2 year old AC that they installed. They came out and had to replace the capacitor then they told me the coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. Of course I was upset because it is a 2 year old system! They couldn't fix it then because they had to order the part. Today is March 8th. I have not heard a word from them even after making several phone calls. I had originally spoken with their manager Brandon. I am sorely disappointed. I have used this company for many years. This is
my second ac system with them. I have solely used this company for all my ac needs since the purchase of my home in 2005. This shows customer loyalty means nothing and quality service is nonexistent.

The installation service was great they went out of there way to get it done and installed. But they had to come back to install a new circuit breaker. They did not and the inspector came out and failed it because of that. We called them back I can't remember how many times to get them back out to fix it. It took over a month for them to come out and do it. It took 10 mins at the most to fix. They made an appt for inspector to come out. They did not. Called them back to get rescheduled and now on my 3rd call AGAIN for them to call me back to set up another appt for inspector. Oh yeah, you have to stay home ALL day and wait for inspector to come out from 7-3 and wait.
