After a very bad experience with a different company. I got ahold of ARS and they came that day and they were efficient and explained things so well. I highly recommend this company.

Rescheduled from Friday to Sunday due to emergency calls. Technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and discovered and repaired the airflow restriction in a bedroom.

On 2/23/23 I called them for tune on a 2 year old AC that they installed. They came out and had to replace the capacitor then they told me the coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. Of course I was upset because it is a 2 year old system! They couldn't fix it then because they had to order the part. Today is March 8th. I have not heard a word from them even after making several phone calls. I had originally spoken with their manager Brandon. I am sorely disappointed. I have used this company for many years. This is
my second ac system with them. I have solely used this company for all my ac needs since the purchase of my home in 2005. This shows customer loyalty means nothing and quality service is nonexistent.

The technician was very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem to why my A/C was not working. He explained all options and provided a resolution to fixed the main problem. He then put me in touch with customer service. He was very helpful! Thank you.

The installation service was great they went out of there way to get it done and installed. But they had to come back to install a new circuit breaker. They did not and the inspector came out and failed it because of that. We called them back I can't remember how many times to get them back out to fix it. It took over a month for them to come out and do it. It took 10 mins at the most to fix. They made an appt for inspector to come out. They did not. Called them back to get rescheduled and now on my 3rd call AGAIN for them to call me back to set up another appt for inspector. Oh yeah, you have to stay home ALL day and wait for inspector to come out from 7-3 and wait.

It was pleasure working with Kyle and the ARS team. From start to finish they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We received numerous quotes to replace the entire HVAC system and could not be more satisfied with the results from the ARS team!!
