Our nephew recommended them and they fit us in for a service call the day we called. Our 15 year old unit was in need of replacement. Quotes for varying levels of units were worked up and sent that evening. The units were ordered the next day and installed the next. They took their time to install according to code and above, leaving things neat and tidy. They’ve been quick to respond to any questions we’ve had about our new energy efficient system. Hardest working service I have ever worked with. Price was what I had expected for a new dual system without expressing that number to them. Very pleased!

Fast work, got it fixed, but beware of their pricing. I paid just shy of $2,000 to have a blower fan replaced, $1,200 of which went directly to this company for labor and markup on an already ridiculously inflated part. The actual repair took maybe an hour and a half tops, but was charged for 2.5 hours at $200 an hour as they drove to get the part and back then to the shop and back to get more tools. Their cost on the part was $800, and they claim their policy is 45% markup, so they added on an additional $650 to that. If you're doing the math, they actually charged me over an 80% markup. Feels like they're taking advantage of inflation to overcharge.

I called Sun City Heating and Air in the morning and they were able to provide a same day service call. The technician that came out, Dominick was communicative before he arrived about his timeline, extremely professional and transparent about the work he was doing on the unit, and resolved the issue quickly! I will definitely call again when needed in the future.

I was very pleased with their work. They were professional and courteous. They called before arriving they came in. Did the work and cleaned up everything after they were done.The work showed quality and pride in what they did.

When I got home a little after 530pm I realized my a/c was not working as the whole house was hot. I found Sun City through Google and decided to give them a call. Dominick was able to make it out within an hour and a half of calling. He got right to work on arrival and identified the issue was a bad capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned my air filters. He explained the whole process to me and showed me the old capacitor. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for HVAC service. I will definitely be using them again.

Dominick was the best technician I have seen service an AC unit. Very thorough. He did work that previous technicians didn’t do. (And that’s because I stand there and watch them.) Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will personally ask for him next time I need my AC unit serviced.

I came to Deltona from WPB a three hour Drive and my mothers AC Unit stopped working. I won’t lie I called around for a visit less than $125.00 diagnostic fee, but Sun City heating was the only one able to come last min and Dominick was super kind and patient with my mothers indecisiveness and questions.

(That alone was worth so much.)

A thorough check was made, and we signed up for the year service plan because of how patient and thorough Dominic was with my mother.
