AIR RESCUE Heating and Cooling

My AC went out and was 80 degrees in my house. I called and received a time frame of 3-6, and they said if they could come earlier they would. They ended up coming at 12 which was great. The guy was very professional and quick. He figured out the problem within 10 minutes and then said it would only take 10-15 minutes to fix. He came out on a Sunday when it was almost 100 degrees out and was so pleasant the whole time. I’m so glad somebody recommended this company and I will use them every time!

AC stopped working. Called them first thing in the morning. They were able to get me on the schedule SAME DAY. Aaron came out, replaced the broken piece and shared his eternally helpful knowledge of all things AC, furnace and insulating attics. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, very professional. They also have emergency hours and routine maintenance services. I need no one else.

WOW, WOW WOW....that is all I can say. The best experience by far I have had with an Hvac repair company. I scheduled service same day and they showed up on time, not only that the tech, Chey, was so knowledgeable, professional and even gave me tips on how to maintain my unit. I will definitley be recommending them to family and friends.

Air Rescue was the best A/C service I have had in the 20 years I have been in Texas! On time,cleaned up,working well. He even came back a few days later to ask again how satisfied I was with my new system. They will always be my service company.

I called Air Rescue late in the evening hoping that they could get to us sometime that night or at the latest early in the morning. They said that they had a tech in the area and could be there in about 20 minutes. Aaron arrived ahead of time and in a few short minutes had diagnosed the problem. He had our air conditioner working again within 15 minutes. He is obviously very technically competent and was extremely friendly and up-beat and answered all our questions. He went into the attic to check on the equipment there. With all that he did and that late at night, that's above and beyond. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Aaron and these folks are our air conditioning and heating people from now on.

Surprise! We woke up to our a/c not working. Kenny was able to get here in a little over 24 hrs. Better than that, he was able to diagnosis and fix our problem during my lunch break! Kenny was super friendly with our newly rescued dog who was nervous about his visit. We are taking his advice on much needed maintenance to help prevent any issues in the future.
