The best service I have ever received. Got their information through a referral and glad I did. The most honest and trustworthy company I've had in my home. Aaron and Chey really know what they're doing and take the time to explain what is wrong with your system. Only there to fix the problem and not up sale you on something you don't need. Kecia in the office is great to work with also. They treat your home like it is their own, and you like family!

Aaron was referred to us and we're so glad we found him! We had some trouble with our furnace and he was over within an hour. He let us know what was likely wrong and did not pressure us to make a decision or spend excess money. He was very friendly and we will definitely be calling him back next time we need help!

I sent an email inquiry on their website seeking an appointment, and got a call back AND appointment for later the same day. Very impressed with the quick response and the willingness to at least come right away and check to see what our A/C issue was. I was convinced the unit needed to be replaced because I'd had it checked twice before, by two other companies. Turns out we needed to replace the furnace filters! (New residence, and I'm still learning the ropes). I'll definitely recommend and call Air Rescue again! UPDATE 10/16/20--I've had Aaron out a couple more times for various items--installing new thermostats, etc--and cannot recommend Air Rescue enough. They tick all the boxes for service and professionalism!

Great company! Made an appointment and they were able to come out that day. Even better they were able to come earlier than quoted appointment time. I had some other company look at issue before and technician was guessing on what was wrong. 2 weeks later I shut down again. Called back the same company and I was told "this might be the problem?" Finally called Air Rescue and in less than 15 minutes they knew what the real issue was. In less than an hour repair was completed and has been running great for the past 3 weeks. I will not deal with any other company from now on for my HVAC needs. Very knowledgable and professional. These guys know what they're doing

Within 30 minutes of me calling, Aaron was at my door. He was very polite, easy to talk to, and explained what was going on. I cant recommend Aaron and his team at Air Rescue enough! I feel fortunate to of found these guys!!

Very pleased with the service I received from Air Rescue today! Called to have my system serviced and was pleased to find out they offer an annual maintenance plan to help me remember to have maintenance done on time.

Day of the appointment he not only did our regular service, he fixed a duct that wasn’t sealed properly that was causing condensations drips and walked me through how to talk to our builder to get them to fix the humidity issue we’ve been having (and explained why it was more significant than we realized). Even offered to talk to them himself or write them a letter on our behalf if they fight us on it to help us not have to pay to fix it. Fantastic service and I look forward to working with them in the future!

We called Air Rescue the day before the winter storm as our furnace would not turn on. Within 30 minutes Aaron was at our house working to determine the issue. Aaron was about to identify the issue and fix the unit in roughly an hour. Since then, heat has been on and we could not have been happier with our experience with Aaron and Air Rescue. Thank you for helping us get through the snowpocalypse! I have already told multiple coworkers about Air Rescue and I will for sure use them next time we have any issues with our HVAC! Cannot say enough great things about the quality of service and professionalism. Aaron provided an honest assessment of our problem with several options for correction. Response was very fast and he was able to get the unit and install in a matter of days. It is clear he cares about what he is doing and takes pride in his quality work.
