Living with AC during the Texas heat is not ideal what so ever, beyond thankful for Air Rescue. I was able to make an appointment online and a tech was here within the given window, and was able to diagnosis the issue within minutes. Quick and affordable process. HIGHLY recommend.

It was a duct evaluation for our home. Chey was very thorough and explained everything to me so I could understand our system better. I know how and when to change the air filters and how to get best air slow to specific rooms. It was a great tutorial on our system for me.

I sent a Text message at 9:50AM. Got a message back at 1:pm saying they would be there between 3:30 and 6PM. And they were. Diligent, Complete, Fair. Whoever said, " Cheap, Quality, Fast: Pick 2" did not know about Air Rescue. Compared to all the other AC services I have received in the past, their pricing was Great, top notch Quality and Fast. No one else will ever do our AC work again.

Aaron and his team were courteous from the initial phone call. At the consultation to have our system upgraded Aaron was prompt and very knowledgeable of his trade and provided a fair quote without trying to oversell a product that wasn’t necessary. When it came time for the install the team showed up on time and finished earlier than expected. While they were in home they were polite and hardworking.

My heater wasn’t working as the temperature was dropping and freezing rain was in the forecast. Aaron was here within an hour of my contacting them! He was very professional and showed me how the system worked and what was going on. Air Rescue is definitely my go-to HVAC company going forward! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Air Rescue was great! I booked an appointment on Thursday evening for Monday morning within 10 minutes of me booking my appointment the owner called me and said he had a tech in the area. The tech was to my house within 10 minutes of the call and was able to fix our AC before the weekend. The tech was honest and didn't try to up sell. He walked me through tips to keep our unit running properly. We will definitely be using Air Rescue in the future.

I was completely satisfied by my interaction with Air Rescue, and the service they provided. My A/C was starting to misbehave with disturbing regularity, and because everything was so old, I decided replace the entire system (2 A/C units, 2 furnaces).

Air Rescue Heating and Cooling is extremely efficient and professional. I placed a call, no one answered, but their system allowed me to set up an appointment same day and within 2 hours of my call. Our tech Aaron was professional and made sure that I had a clear understanding of the heating issue. He also express concern regarding how the problem was affecting my newborn.
