    Chey has been out twice now for different issues. He is always very knowledgeable and helpful. He resolves our issues quickly and is always pleasant to deal with. I have found my HVAC contractor! These guys are keepers!

    We have used Air Rescue on two separate occasions: once in the summer to fix an AC issue and once right before the big freeze of February, 2021. We have been very pleased both times with Aaron's service. He was able to fix our issues both times without suggesting a replacement of the entire system or any major components (which is what a lot of companies out there would have done). By now, Aaron has earned out trust and we'll not be looking elsewhere.

    Have to share a follow up to previous review: new HVAC system installed a week ago, yesterday the AC stops working, go online report the issue and make an appointment, receive a text within 30 minutes saying someone will come by that day, get a call from technician right after and he asks me to go check for one thing while on the phone, he gets to the house 5 minutes later, and solves the problem in 15 minutes (our existing drain was clogged). Installing is one thing but standing behind it and making sure it’s right is another (and harder to do). Can’t thank them enough.

    I called Air Rescue at 9:20pm on a Sunday and Aaron rang the doorbell to the house at 9:40 the same night. It took him less than a minute to diagnose my issue and less than 3 minutes to fix it. He also gave me some info to help my system each month and all for a very reasonable price. Our house was cooler within minutes. I would definitely recommend Air Rescue and will use them from now on.     So many times I have had AC companies come out for service and every time they try to UP Sell you on everything. Telling us our system needs replaced and charging us crazy prices just to show up. It was such a breath of fresh air to work with Aaron. He was on time, professional, honest and addressed the problem and had everything fixed quickly. No way I would ever use anyone else after the amazing service I received from them. Thank you!

    I requested their service to assess air flow through the ducts and the functioning of damper-motor unit (in a multi-zone system). Aaron arrived on time, inspected the unit, took the time to explain how the system works, and provided great advice on how to take care of things. While I requested service knowing that the assessment would cost me $99+tax per their website, at the end of the visit, in spite of spending much time answering all my questions, Aaron did not take any payment for the assessment as no repair work was done. True customer-centric, service-oriented business model. Hard to find these days. Thanks Aaron!
