Aaron and Air Rescue provide peace of mind when it comes to HVAC. They responded to my inquiry and were on site in a very timely manner. Aaron is both friendly and professional. His charges are fair and he seems to be very educated in HVAC. He gained my trust with a phone conversation before he came out to my home. Once he came out, I felt that my instinct to trust him was solid. He is who I will call the next time we need HVAC help.

Excellent response time after over 8 days of freezing temperatures and no heater. They replaced the blower motor and had it "Ubered" from the distributor to their warehouse to help me be back in warmth. The customer service this company displayed was exceptional and very rare in this day and time.

Every one involved, from the very kind lady who answered the original call, to the individual who assessed my needs (who I think may be the owner or at least general manager), to the young installer were truly pleasant to interact with. They made me glad I called AIR RESCUE Heating and Cooling.

If I could give more stars, I would. We came home from vacation to a very hot house. We knew our system was aging and were worried that whomever we called would tell us the whole system needed replacing. I found Aaron's number online and called. He was able to come right over and Air Rescue us he did. He took a look at the condenser outside the home and put a voltage meter on the part he suspected might be the issue given the symptoms. Sure enough the part was bad. Five minutes later he had the new part installed and the cool air started to flow!!! He then checked the system while he was there. Gave us some very simple and easy maintenance tips and was on his way. Honest and professional. Will not hesitate to use again when the need arises.

Amazing service! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. They scheduled me for the same day on a Saturday and didn’t charge me anything for the visit.
Technician came by and explained so much to us about our heating system, found no alarming issues and didn’t try to sell us anything we did not need.

Aaron was great and very informative on what was needed to get our heat up and going during the Texas snowmageddon. I have three kiddos and our house was at 52. He assessed the issue, fixed the problem, and made sure our family would be safe during the craziest weather conditions Texas has seen. He has our business for life.

Called Aaron when our AC went out. The weather forecast was favorable to using the heat only and in 3 days the entire crew came and replaced the entire system in 6'ish hours, just in time for the heat to come in! My wife is a happy camper!! Superb turn time and service.
