Aaron came out personally, and saved the day, and the holiday weekend. He gave me options of what I could do, and what he could do to get me working until I decided. He isn't your average HVAC professional; everyone that I have dealt with in the past 2 weeks were pretty much trying to get the big ticket, and not wanting to help me immediately. With Aaron's approach, he builds customers for life. Very professional, knowledgeable, up front, and reliable. Its refreshing to deal with someone like Aaron and his company during these times of pandemic and uncertainty. I am big on customer service... it's pretty much paramount in my view, and I have to say this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a good while. I told Aaron he's my AC guy going forward.

As with most AC issues, our AC broke at the worst time. We called Air Rescue and they worked us in super fast. Aaron was incredibly professional. He got here fast, immediately diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. It was amazing. The cost was an incredible value, especially for having an after hours call. I would highly recommend Air Rescue to anyone who needs honest and affordable AC repair. Thank you Air Rescue!!!

Had the chance to use Air Rescue for the first time yesterday. The heat wasn't too bad, only 102. This past week with temperatures up to 112 every AC company has been extremely busy. I called Air Rescue at 11:30am based upon reviews I had read on multiple sites. I explained my problem and they fit me in for the same day, thankfully. Aaron was very nice and informative and I immediately felt this was a trustworthy guy and company. They are family owned and have been in Celina for 10 years. I love to support family owned businesses when I can.

Aaron came out quickly after we called for help and had us up an running is less thank 45 minutes. He is fantastic at explaining what is wrong with the AC in a way you can actually understand as well as providing tips on making sure your AC unit is well cared for. I am so thankful to have found such an honest repair company. You can feel confident you will not be taking advantage of. Integrity is what this company is all about!

Aaron came out to our house back in early May because we were having trouble with our AC system. We had called a couple of other companies, one of whom (who we'd been using for a while) was recommending a very costly repair or just putting in a whole new system. Granted, our system is older, so we are probably nearing the end of its life span, but with the pandemic happening and the financial uncertainties that go along with that, we didn't feel comfortable pulling the trigger on a brand new system just yet. A friend of my wife's had had some work done by Aaron's team recently and recommended them to us, so I checked out their website and they offered a free second opinion, so I figured what could it hurt? Aaron came out, took his time looking at everything, was very patient with my comments and questions, and had our system up and running again in no time for a reasonable price. He is very knowledgable about how these systems work and took his time explaining to me what I needed to know about the repairs and what to look for when we do decide to move forward with a new system. He earned my trust and I'll definitely be calling him again the next time we need service.

They canceled the appointment without reason or notice after waiting 3 weeks to find an open time slot. No one answers the phone when I call and voicemails are not returned.

Review#1 Aaron and team are great. Some Ac companies try to give you the run around but not Air Rescue. I would recommend them to anyone!
Review #2 Aaron and team came up same day to resolve my issue. They will actually find the issue and fix the problem vs pushing buying a new unit. You can't go wrong with Air rescue!

Air Rescue is the best around! When my system frozen in the heat, I went to Facebook and asked for referrals for “the best” company! A close friend recommended Air Rescue. They were on time and quick to diagnose my issue. As a teacher with a budget, I appreciate that they were honest and took the conservative route, but prepared me for what’s coming sooner than later! Needless to say, Air Rescue has a forever costumer with me!

Technician was on time. He offered excellent knowledge on our system and gave us suggestions to help our system run properly. Explained everything he did at a reasonable price. Will be calling again for summer system check up. Thank you
