AIR RESCUE Heating and Cooling

Aaron came out today to fix our AC unit. We were very impressed! He arrived promptly within the time frame given and gave us a call 30 min. before. He was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining our issue and gave us ideas to improve cooling for the future. We will definitely be using Air Rescue Heating and Cooling for all our repair needs!

Working with this company was a complete delight. Every employee we worked with was kind, courteous and professional. We had them install an entire new HVAC system for us just 2 days after finding out our old system was dead in the water.

While finishing up the self-install of a high performance mini-split system I ran into an issue while attempting to pull vacuum on the "plumbing". I just did not see the system going under vacuum. I called Air Rescue and within 3 hours I had the company owner onsite ready to help. He had no issue working with a DIYer like myself, jumped right in and within an hour (or so) the system was online generating very cold air - working beautifully. Aaron is very technical, highly intelligent and a great communicator willing to answer any question and help educate his customers. They come when they promise (usually the same day) and are a delight to work with. Very Highly Recommended. An 11 out of 10. You could say he "rescued" my project!!

Air Rescue completed an installation of our complete AC and Heating systems. They were professional, timely, installed system in one day and fair priced. I would recommend this company.

Aaron was awesome. Although I was unable to contact my normal AC repairman, Aaron treated me like a long time customer. He explained exactly what was happening with my heat pump system. Even though Aaron spent a food 30 minutes diagnosing and explaining the problem he wouldn’t let me pay him.

Making an appointment with Air Rescue was quick and easy. Aaron showed up on time and was knowledgeable and professional.
While I hope I don’t need HVAC services (besides regular maintenance) in the future, Aaron with Air Rescue will be my first call if I do.

Aaron was on time & friendly. He examined the fan in question, thoroughly explained how the system works and noted that no repairs were needed at this time. Turns out that the fan in question was a little loud but the system itself was just fine. I appreciate not trying to be upsold with unnecessary repairs. When my AC units need to be replaced, I’ll definitely be calling Air Rescue!
