Lex Air Conditioning and Heating

I about fell over when they wanted nearly $500 to clean the coils on my AC unit...I have 2, so it was actually $1000 for both. Search on YouTube to see what it entails...literally spray foam from inside after disconnecting power.

These guys get 5 stars. After getting 6 quotes from other companies and becoming a AC expert in my own brain my neighbor had his units replaced by Lex Air. Curious about this company I had them come out and give me a quote.

I had a room in the house that never cools. My upstairs always struggles as well. My current AC units worked fine but I was on borrowed time. Lex air had very fair pricing and a great plan of attack. After agreeing to their quote they came out at 8:30 am and replaced our entire system including outside, the attic + duct work. It was flawless. 2 weeks later we got this crazy heat wave.

All of their employees were wonderful. A++++++ all the way.

I submitted a request early in the morning and got a call from them at 8:15 AM, someone was out to check my heating system at 11 AM.

Luckily I did not have an issue, but Sal was very helpful and shared some more insight on the system. I ended up purchasing the annual check up for $150. Great deal - a friend told me about her company doing this and it's $380 annually - they will come out in the Summer and Winter for a check, if there's an issue, you get 15% off. They are very proactive about letting you know when there is ways to save money, specials and coupons available.

I have to give a shout out to Christy, I have been trying desperately to get a technician to come out and service my unit. I have spoken to so many techs from various companies but when I called Lex air conditioning, I was greeted by Christy, she mediately showed empathy to my situation. She was very informative, and she made me feel like I was important. If you only knew what I’ve been through with other companies, this company by far showed how much they value their business and the people who they serve.
Christy listened and she answered all my questions. I was confident in her right off the bat other companies I reached out to made me feel like I was a number all they cared about was how much I would have to pay upfront. This company actually keep you informed step-by-step, and they explain everything along the way so if you’re looking for a company that is going to value you I suggest you go at this company. I wish I had called them first.

AC stopped working, they came out quickly, super friendly and shared what they found and why it happened. Have used them for years they are good trustworthy company.

You couldn't be more professional than Jairo Nolasco! He identified the issue with my heater, which was the capacitor and repaired it immediately without any up sell. He even gave me tips on how to keep my heating system working properly. We were very happy we called Lex Air! We highly recommend them to get the job done!

I would use this company in a heart beat if needed, if Brandon would be the tech that came out. He is the most trustworthy tech that I know! He has been to our house previously when he worked with another company.He knows his stuff!
