Avoid this company at all costs! Beware of their deceitful tactics - all of their 5-star reviews are paid for. This organization is solely motivated by money and their shoddy installation of cooling systems is proof. Within mere years, the AC motors give out, leaving customers with a broken system and unreasonably high repair costs. Moreover, their lack of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Though they fixed our A/C units, their prices were astronomical and the person was trying to push us to sign up for their monthly program. When we made the appointment, they said they charge a service fee of $89 and if the total repair is above $350 the service fee will be waived. The person came and worked in our attic/thermostat/outside unit for around 30 mins to 45 mins, made the repairs (Didn't understand what exactly they did but he was talking a lot). Finally he said that there were wires interchanged by prior repair person between 2 A/C units which he fixed and he charged $215 per unit which is the minimum fee for wire related work. We were taken by surprise that he did that even without informing us about the cost. Our situation was bad and we were okay as long as the A/C is working. We thought the total price will be $450 with no service fee. Now comes the curve ball. The repair person said the service fee is for a single unit which will be waived IF the repair cost of the single unit goes above $350. In my case, the cost of repair for a unit is $215 each for 2 units, so he said he will charge $215 + $215 + $89 + $89. I don't know if this is the normal way of charging but I haven't heard like this before. He was trying to make use of our bad situation. After little bit of talking we finally settled for $215 + $215 + $89 = $519 (His generosity waived us the service fee of $89 for the second unit). I can see that person in the group photo of the company but I don't want to pin point. BTW, on top this, he was trying to sell Freon for one of our unit which we denied. We are so afraid of these guys, even though our A/C unit was fixed, but I wouldn't call for their service again based on my experience. I wanted to share my experience with the people so that they are aware of what they are getting into. Thanks.

I installed a thermostat and wired it such that the compressor was not kicking on. Sal showed up, diagnosed the problem, took time to explain and show me what was causing issues, replaced the old wiring running to my thermostat and ran a diagnostics check. The compressor is working great now and I know a bit more about my HVAC wiring.

Sal is the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable service professional I’ve dealt with since I’ve owned my home. I cannot recommend him enough.

I called Lex Air for issues with our heater and they were willing to send someone out the next day. I really appreciate the tech Jonathan for being both professional and honest. He took time to explain the issues with the heating system and was also very detailed in the invoice he emailed me.
