Lex Air Conditioning and Heating

I needed my A/C drains cleared due to condensation leaks and first tech didn’t complete the job properly and when I had to get someone else back out to complete the work since we were still having issues 24 hours later, the second tech was rude and attempted to charge us another $350 for the same thing the first tech didn’t do correctly and made a joke about wishing he slipped and fell and hope we have good insurance. This company is unprofessional and I will never use them again. I don’t trust their technicians anymore. When the time comes for a new A/C unit I will not use K&S.

Brandon was kind, knowledgeable and super helpful. He didn’t try to nickel and dime me, and was very honest about the state of my system. While it may not be the best news, at least I know now what I’m working with.

The work was completed quickly. He cleaned up after himself. He showed me pictures of the problem and the finished product. I’m pleased

Daniel, the technician, came out on the Sunday of Memorial Day week end to save the day. Ecobee had incorrectly diagnosed the problem as being with the HVAC. When Daniel came out, he jump wired it and saw that the HVAC unit worked fine. It was, in fact, the thermostat that was giving out false information.
We had Daniel put in a new thermostat and within minutes the unit was working and cooling the house. Can’t ask for better than that. Well, we could ask for it to be a little bit cheaper, but hey, we can’t have everything. 😊

I’ve used this company for the past 10 years and they have always given me quality advice and service.. I have not had any major issues with my unit since i bought the house. Regular maintenance is strongly advised

He arrived on time and was professional and kind when he came into our home. He explained to me what maintenance service he was providing and was very efficient. I asked if he was able to listen to a humming coming from one of the vents and he quickly identified what the issue was and was able to fix it for us. Your technician Marco did a fantastic job to quickly diagnose and repair my system, while explaining what was wrong, along with the options and prices for repair. He arrived early, was polite, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the diagnostic and what to repair. As a first time customer my expectations were exceeded.
