Johnathan was very thorough and explained everything he saw and did. One part was replaced which was done in good time. I would recommend this company.

Jonathan came to service our AC that wasn’t working. He first greeted me at the door with distance and explained what he was going to do. He used shoe coverings (which I appreciate so much!) as well. He looked over the problem and showed me photos and explained everything. In addition to being knowledgeable and quick, Jonathan was very friendly and was never in a rush. I appreciated the service he provided!

We’ve used Lex Air for years and always have them out to do seasonal AC/Heating maintenance. The service is a great value and gives us the peace of mind we desire.

At our heating check yesterday (12/20/21) we were pleased to welcome Jonathan into our home. He was very personable and professional, explained everything he provided in the service, answered all of our questions, and even followed up afterwards to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. Jonathan was a true professional and a great representation of the high quality work and professionals that Lex Air provides.

I had three Representatives come out today from Lex Air and it was a great experience for this job. Pierre, Daniel, and Marco were courteous, professional, and prompt. This was my BEST experience with Lex Air! Great Job guys! They were so considerate and polite. Picked up the residue. I have never seen such a thing. The AC works so well. I love that they stayed with the job until it was done and they had all of the equipment with them. They were READY for the install! Remarkable service! Way to go! They showed up ON TIME !!
Offered me a Hard start kit to prolong the unit at a good price ( I checked) and they cleaned spray coated the drain pan as there was some rust ( showed me where it was rusting ) They fixed everything today so I didn’t need another appointment Altogether very pleased 😀

We had a great experience working with Lex Air! Dusty and team came to the house and explained our options in detail. Once we chose an option for a new system, they worked quickly to get us the soonest installation date possible. The installation team worked quickly and once they were done, gave us a summary of all the work they had done and how to use our new system. Everyone we interacted with at Lex Air was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I am so pleased with every interaction I've had with Lex. Donna in the office is delightful and super responsive. This round I had Tim out as my tech. He took his time and did a great inspection of our systems. He made suggestions but never made me feel pressured. Due to the mold he found I went ahead and added an Air Scrubber. Highly suggest Lex Air for your HVAC repair and maintenance!

First timw customer and Called Lex Air due since the outdoor AC unit stopped working when it's 90+ degrees outside. The office staff was incredibly nice and quick to set me with a timeslot.
Victor came out and he did a fantastic job!! He identifed the issue and told me how the problem occurred and what i can do myself to help prolong my AC unit. He was very professional and patient with all my questions. I will gladly continue doing business with Lex Air because of my positive experience

The technician they sent to my home is the best of the best. Because of the technician I will be staying with their services.
