Manny was amazing and deserves a 10 STAR REVIEW! He was thorough, quick, super friendly and did the repair in less than 20 minutes!!! He even offered suggestions on how to prevent the issue in the future. We had a couple of bolts under the sink that were also leaking. He was kind enough to point out the leaks and tightened the bolts before he left! He made it such a great experience. Thanks, Manny!!!!

I spent 1.5 hours on hold first thing in the morning and ultimately never spoke to a representative, filed a claim through the app. Was told that I would get a call to scheduled an appointment, I was never called and an appointment slot was assigned to me without notification (stumbled upon it in the app). The appointment was scheduled for a week out (Aka no AC for that amount of time in Texas…).

On the day of the appointment I got a text alerting me that the tech was on his way and could track his location via the app (which was nice because it was 7am). When Cy arrived, he was calm, asked for the relevant information and immediately went to work. Ended up being a bad capacitor, which he brought inside, showed me the old one, and explained what he did and why. Overall time of appointment 20 minutes, I’m feeling cooler already.

Came in and helped diagnose the issue even though system was not showing issues when he arrived. Was able to find the part needed and had it done quickly so our ac would work again. Would definitely use again!

Cy was very professional and friendly. Cleared a clogged AC drain and diagnosed cooling problem. Very old unit will have to order parts. He very patiently explained the whole process. I will definitely ask for him in the future.

STOP! Run! Do not use Fixd Repair!

I was so thrilled when I brought my home and heard great things about Fixd! Unfortunately during the first two times trying to schedule appointment, my credit card was charged and no one actually showed up. After this happening two times I decided to cancel my prepaid home warranty and switch to another company. (IT GETS WORSE!)

Due to inconsistent and fraudulent credit card activity, I closed my Home Warranty account with Fixed Repair on 5/19 with last day of service slated for 6/1. On 5/19 I received email correspondence from (Tina Garcia) Fixd customer service representative on regarding my reimbursement process. Fixed Repair (Tina) emailed the final documents and including the amount of my refund ($493) that was to be mailed via check after 30 days. It has since been 60 days and Fixd Repair Refuses to respond to my calls and or emails and has not settled up on my account. This has been ongoing and preventing me from being able to move forward with maintenance on my home as they have closed my account so I cannot make claims on appliances yet they have not refunded my money to start a new warranty.

I would not recommend Fixd and unfortunately I had to resort to BBB. Awful experience. Do not use!

These people are the absolute worst! If you have a choice go with someone else. I only put up with them because that is what the sellers' provided when I closed on my house. I am definitely going to a new company as soon as possible. They will come to your home, "fix" the problem, but then whatever they "fixed" is broken 3 months later. Their technicians don't know what they are doing, and the customer service team is even worse. They are constantly making mistakes, and will definitely point it out when it is your fault. Even when it is their fault, any and all refunds will take 5-10 business days though the transaction is just in process with the bank. When you ask to cancel one job, they will cancel two. When you call back to make a third because they cancelled 2 instead of 1, they will charge you for 3, even though service fees are not to be charged until the day of service and 2 were cancelled outside of the 24-hour cancellation fee window. They will confirm a time with you, then either the incompetent customer service representative or the technician will change the time you scheduled without telling you.

This company is horrible. Worse than other warranty companies I have used. I had no hot water in my shower for over a month because they never ordered the the replacement catridge that was available at the plumbing store 1 mile from my house. I finally got the part myself and had it installed by one of their technicians. I also had an electrical problem they could not diagnose even though they sent people out 3 times, twice without the necessary tools/expertise to diagnose the problem. They finally said it wasn't covered (after coming out 3 times?) because it would take to long to fix. I hired my own electrician and he found the problem in about an hour and it was fixed a few hours later. They apparently have now changed owership and you can no longer schedule warranty claims on the app or log in online so you have to wait until business hours to call them. They never notified warranty holders of these changes.
