Excellent service from (Tyler) the technician that took care of the spring maintenance on my AC. We need more technician like Tyler we to service our homes.
I do NOT recommend this company. I have called Fixd Repair about this 3 times with no response. We did the AC maintenance plan and Donnie came out. He said that the only thing needed was the outside condenser coils needed cleaning and the condensate line needed to be flushed out. After he left, I noticed that AC condensate water was still dripping from my roofline & Donnie pointed out that wasn't supposed to be happening, so we went into the attic to check on it. The condensate line was still clogged. I called Fixd repair & asked if they could have Donnie come out to reblow the line since it clearly wasn't done correctly. The representative said that would be another $100+ bc that's a service call. I told her that it's something that was already supposed to have happened. She said she would ask Donnie to call me back, but nothing happened. I called 3 times total and got nowhere. Aside from that, when I first called, the name of the company was listed as Grand Prairie Air Conditioning Repair, NOT Fixd Repair, but Fixd Repair were the ones who answered. Upset with myself that I still used their company, as that should have been a red flag for me. Now I'm going to have to spend another $100+ for a different company to do it right. On top of that, Donnie submitted an order after I had already paid over the phone, so they charged my credit card $160 twice and I had to call & speak to someone there twice just to get that taken care of. Overall, a poorly run company, which is what I'd expect from a home warranty company.
Dishwasher Repair! Joe did an excellent job diagnosing the issue; ordering the parts and installing the parts. We did experience a leak; but Joe came back the next day and fixed the seal where the leak was occurring!
The only issue I have with them was trying to reach them by phone; it rang about 25 times. But all is good! I would use them again!
Chris and Chad did a phenomenal job on explaining what was wrong with my washer. He was thorough and explained everything that was needed which is pretty rare these days. Highly recommend both of them!
CY was awesome! He was very informative and walked me through his diagnosis of my A/C system and why it wasn’t cooling. He walked me through his recommendations and what was best for me and my home!
Additionally, just had a system replacement today 10/03/22 by Omar and Octavio! Guys were quick and efficient! I appreciate all the support!
Cy came out today to do our annual preventative maintenance call on our two older carrier units. He was super thorough, took time to explain everything to me and never once tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I highly recommend Cy and will request him for our future service calls.
Donnie was great! Very detailed and thorough. He’s passionate about the work he does. He made sure that my unit was taken care of and that it is running efficiently. I don’t normally write reviews but had to go out of my way to to express how grateful I was with the service that Donnie provided. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Exceptional service!
Another update!!! I FINALLY RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK! 4 days later. I was informed that yes, there have been 3 visits from a service tech in the last year but they were all separate issues. Unfortunately your warranty has lapsed. So you'll be on the hook for repairs. Oh and we no longer service your area. Essentially you're screwed and we're not going to help you. Have I mentioned that it's a new HVAC system? Purchased from them just over a year ago!
Do not do business with this company! They are incredibly difficult to get a hold of. We bought and had them install a new AC system. A new system should not fail three times in the first year. The call center is located in Bogota, Columbia. It will take a couple days before someone here will contact you back. And then and only then can you schedule an appointment. Thank God that the temperature has cooled for this week.
Update!!! It's Monday evening. Still no call. I've gotten a couple of generic emails. I replied with my phone number. Nothing.
Cy is a people person. He listened to me whereas the other tech that came out last week didn't bother. He explained everything to me in a manner that I understood what was going on with my air conditioner. Cy has good customer service skills . He is an asset to your company.
