Cool Climate

Tried another unnamed horrible company in the area and it was a night and day difference between the 2. David was awesome and repaired out unit in under 45 minutes. Same day service and quality work. My wife and I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely great service, and good prices. I believe Daniel lead my compressor installation. He let me know what was going on every step of the way. The receptionist provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I'm usually leary of businesses with a perfect 5 star rating, but after having to use Cool climate, it is very easy to see why they do have that perfect rating. Starting with their dispatcher, Janet, all the way down to the techs that came to my house, they truly do have unparalleled customer service. The whole entire team went above and beyond what was expected. They explained every step of the process (had to have my whole entire unit, inside and out replaced), and took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms. I will absolutely use them again, and refer them to everyone! Thank you Cool Climate, for everything you've done for us!!!

Really impressed by the customer service provided. Janet answered the phone and tried to help me problem solve. Unfortunately we could not fix it.

After calling her back to let her know it wasn't working I only waited an hour and a half. Carl and Jose arrived at the house and had me up and running in no time. The guys were super nice guys and know there stuff. I will definitely be calling them back if I need an A/C repair done again.

Honest, reasonably priced and didn't do any extra services that weren't needed. This business takes pride in it's community service and good customer service. My tech, Miguel, was polite, friendly and informative. He did a great job and my a/c is running perfectly. Highly recommend them and will call for regular annual check ups.

WOW! Came home and the house was over 80 degrees! So I called "Cool Climate" out to my house. The service Tech came out on a Sunday afternoon, He was at our home within 15 minutes of my initial call. He quickly found the problems that our A/C Unit was having and replaced the parts on site. I won't be calling any other A/C company again.
