Cool Climate

We have used Cool Climate for a few years now and have always had a great experience. We’d been having issues with one of our units and the owner Carl came out on his day off to see what was going on. To say this man went above and beyond doesn’t seem to cover what this man did!! We ended up needing a new unit and he made sure to take care of us!! The professionalism, dedication and quality of work was amazing! We will continue to use Cool Climate for as long as we own our home and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

A couple of months ago I saw the Cool Climate truck in my neighborhood and took note of the company so that if I had any issues, I'd call them. My AC went out last night so I called Cool climate as soon as they opened this morning and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Russell did a great job answering all of my questions and looking over everything for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that he had a motor on hand and was able to install it. I can't thank you guys enough!

Cool Climate was the third company I called on a Friday afternoon. The other two companies couldn't schedule until Tuesday. Cool Climate arrived 30 minutes after I called and had the unit repaired an hour later. Russell, the technician, was very professional and efficient and explained the needed repairs and pricing before starting the work. Definitely recommend this company.

Cool Climate was a lifesaver!!!! We had been getting jacked around badly by home warranty First American and the AC company they sent. Had been without AC since end of March, getting the run around. We finally canceled the service and called Cool Climate. Russel was at our house the same day and in LESS than 24hrs we had a brand new total AC system!!! Highly, highly recommend Cool Climate, cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness, customer service, professionalism and kindness!! Call them, you won’t be disappointed!!

Cool Climate went above and beyond! The AC at my rental property was not working properly and Janet offered to speak with the tenant to see if she could reset the whole system before having a technician come out. She spoke on the phone with my tenant even after business hours! Unfortunately, the AC was still not working so I was able to call them the next day to let them know and Amanda had a technician at the house in 15 to 20 minutes! I was very impressed and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Very professional, kind, prompt and well priced! I would definitely recommend using Cool Climate. Carl, the owner, is wonderful and his employees all the way from the office to technicians are very courteous and professional. They were recommended to me and I will definitely use them in the future.

OUTSTANDING COMPANY ALL AROUND!

Cool Climate continues to be the best. With no cool air for 12 hours in our great Texas heat wave we finally couldn't wait another minute and called before they opened today. They answered and were out within the hour. David the tech was easy to work with and helped us get up and cooling quickly. Way to go again Cool Climate !

Our whole system went down of all times - Sunday of this Memorial weekend. I didn't expect an immediate call back - but sure got one within the hour. Within two hours Carl himself was out our home inspecting the dead unit. He gave us a quote for a replacement system with an even better outside unit than we had. He answered all of our questions. I don't think he could have been more than blocks down the road when we called him back and said we will go with the replacement he wrote up. He told me a crew would be out between 7 & 7:30 next day [Memorial Day] to install. They were backing down our drive at 7:15. Wonderful guys, even dealing with our less than disciplined little dogs. They were packed up and on their way around 12:30 and the unit has been blowing chill since. You all are a God Send!

I had my service on 7/26/2022 for my a/c≈ that wasn't cooling. I called them and within 1 hr. this nice lady called me back and I was told that Russell was on his way. In 5 mins. he arrived and got directly to work. No slacking on time. Russell was answering all my questions. Was so attentive. He fixed it in a flash! Great company to get your unit up and running. With 1 yr. Warranty.
Part was pricey! But hey what's cheap now a days.With this hot texas weather,we had to get it fixed. Thanks for your service _cool climate_thanks Russell
