The second time Mike came to our condo to solve a HVAC problem for us. Both times Mike and his team were everything I was looking for - extremely responsive, professional, reasonable pricing, courteous and knowledgeable. I am more than happy with the service, so much so that I have signed up for their annual maintenance plan. Thank you guys for your overall top notch customer experience!

Mike came out on time and was very helpful. He explained exactly was is going on with my circulation fan and showed me what it's doing. We are gonna get some more good life out of my fan before I have to do a speedy repair. I'll definitely call Duncan Heating & Cooling again when the time comes and I'd recommend them to my friends.

Duncan Heating & Cooling technician came sooner than expected, did a professional job and explained what was needed to get the old unit back into running condition.Every staff at this company is amazing; its good to have tradespeople who can show you what may need done later and take care of what should be done now. Jeremy and his team from Duncan Heating & Cooling were fast, friendly and professional. They did the repair and even went an extra mile to make sure that existing components of the HVAC system that were not being replaced were optimized. They also rewired the furnace at no additional charge. They left the job site in tidy shape. I would definitely use them again.

Really happy with the service I got here, Duncan Heating & Cooling came quickly after I called and they were able to diagnose the problem with my AC right away. I've had issues with it turning off and they not only figured out what was causing it, they charged me way less than I anticipated. Very friendly too, I would recommend this company to anyone.
