These guys are the best! David was on time, courteous and explained everything he was going to do to service our inside and outside unit. He didn't try to "sell" us anything! We will never use another HVAC Company.

They were amazing and fast! When we had a problem with the city inspector, they sent out a technician who was able to deal with the problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their ac taken care and not as expensive as the other guys. I never felt like they were upselling nor trying to pull a fast one. As a matter of fact, they saved me $1000 by looking to see that the ac system was still under warranty without me having to dog through all of my papers.

Called at 8am and they showed up and fixed my unit by 11am. I knew when Carl stepped out in his Nike Air Monarch’s he knew what he was doing. All good experiences

I wanted to take a moment to say Thank You and absolutely recommend this local business. I woke up this 4th of July holiday weekend in the middle of the Texas summer to a non-working Air conditioning unit. My house was warm and uncomfortable. My wife looked on Facebook and saw a huge amount of recommendations for “Cool Climate AC & Heating” here in Burleson. I called but they were closed due to the holiday weekend. They did have an option for an Emergency Service call so I left a message and figured I’d at least see. Within minutes, Kelly called me back and told me they would come. I sent my address and within the hour Carl, the owner was knocking on my door. I was so glad to see him. Carl diagnosed and fixed the problem rather quickly. I might ad that it was pouring down rain now… On a Saturday, on a 4th of July Holiday Weekend in the Texas Summer while it was pouring rain…Carl showed up within the hour & fixed the problem at a fair price.

I am always so leery about companies with a 5 star review. In this case this is a true reflection of the company! Starting with Janet she was so sweet and was able to give me some ideas before sending out a technician, and explained everything with amazing knowledge and kindness! She dispatched Marcus out and he had me up and running within 10 minutes! They replaced a simple part, and the price was more reasonable than anyone I have ever gotten a quote from! You have a customer for life, and I have already recommended you to multiple people! It is absolutely great in this day of age to see companies that truly care about the customer, and not just in it for the money.

I would like to thank the team at Cool Climate for their fast service during these crazy times! The fixed my unit in less that an hour and I couldn't be happier! Not only was it a great experience but they asked if we were safe and even asked questions to see if it was something they resolve over the phone and save money and time! Great company and I will be using them in the future.

They were AMAZING. We had waited 4 days for a "friend" to come look at our problem, and we gave up. Another friend recommended Cool Climate so I gave them a call. After troubleshooting with Janet, she sent the crew over and they were there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes after that, they had fixed the issue and we were cooling off! It was crazy fast & way affordable! We will be calling them again for our A/C needs in the future.

My A/C stopped working 10/11/2020 i called Cool Climate next day spoke to Amanda and she had me check a few things and said to call back if still not working. I called her back and they sent out tech Marcus ! When i called they said they would send out a tech with in the hour and Marcus showed up in about 20-25 minutes and was gone in another 20 minutes . Outstanding service from these guys and service couldn't be any quicker . I am saving these guys to my phone and will use from here on out for my A/C repairs !! I recommend greatly !

We called to inquire about our old A/C unit and that same day and Carl came right out, was super nice and honest and so transparent about our A/C unit (unlike the guys sent out through our home warranty) We knew we had to replace it and today his guys came out in record time and now we have a new A/C unit that works amazingly !!
