Stunning work! Just stunning. I’m new to the area & was terrified about finding someone in the area. I found Cool Climate by who had the highest rating on the internet. Fast & SUPER friendly. I was so afraid of being “taken for a ride”. They are awesome. Don’t have any fear about using them!! I will always recommend them.

I called Carl at 6pm and he got too us within 30 min and us repaired in about the same time. He gave me some recommendations and didn't try too force us into anything. I would highly recommend Cool Climate.

The receptionist/phone operator was very helpful and kind. She did everything in her power to diagnos the problem and solution without having the repair techs come out in order to try and save me money. The techs came out fast and were very professional. They had the AC back on in no time! I will definitely use them again if there ever is a need!

Refused to show an invoice of costs, were extremely rude, when asked for specifications on price woman who answered the phone in office told me word for word "the owner can charge whatever he wants."

Pros:Female associate was very polite & came across as being caring apathetic of your current situation. She help me troubleshoot over the phone in Hopes of remedying my problems I was having with my unit, mentioning if it didn't resolve my issue they could have someone over as dairy as 7am the next morning. When the recommendations did not fix my issues I text her 6:30am the next to schedule someone to come out, and I kid you not, she replied with 2 minutes(calling me) asking me for my address & name, informing that a technician would call me when he was in route. Five to 10 minutes later I got a call from a male technician (I believe his name was Carl) telling me he was on the way. Before I could get out of the bed, my doorbell was ringing! Now that's what I call speedy service! Long story short, Carl diagnosed & fixed my problem in under 29 minutes! Who can complain about that right!?🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ Female rep was awesome & Carl did his thang! 5* here!

Cons: Well I don't if it was just who I was🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ or maybe just who he was(his personality) but Carl's courteousness and friendliness was 180° different from the female associate I spoke with over the phone. When I rings more doorbell, he looks at me & was like "Show me your thermostat" no good morning my name is so & so......no what problems are you having or nothing (maybe he already knew from the lady over the phone🤷🏾‍♂️). So as I bring him to the thermostat I try to make small talk asking him to pardon the messiness of my home due to 2 toddlers, there was zero response other than, after lower the thermostat, "I need to go outside ". So now I'm like (to myself) maybe I not the "kind" of person he's use to servicing (mind you, I read all of the great reviews of what a great guy he was personality wise, but I'm not witnessing this at all). So now I'm like this will be a one way conversation if there is to be any at all. Moving on.....So as he goes to outside unit I decide to volunteer information/history about my unit informing that during the lifespan of my unit I've had to change a capacitor twice (I have some knowledge of these AC units) & normal changing out of the filters and no soon as I say that he just say in a matter of fact, robotic, strictly business attitude "You have a bad capacitor ". So, to myself I'm like cool. That's great! Mind you I've already mentioned changing these out before (so I already know how much capacitors cost. Anywhere from $9-$35). So changes out the capacitor and I went inside I immediately feel cold air as my thermostat drops👍🏾👍🏾! Then he checks my freon level & I have to ask him what the level was as he responds with "it's a little low ". Now mind you once again there is no informing of how much any of this will cost prior to doing any this & hindsight being 20/20 I should have asked if he wasn't offering (which was out of character for myself), but knowing how much capacitors run & the service charge of $79 I had been calculating the cost in my head. When it was all said and done my damage was $329! $79 service charge, $100 freon (i had no gripe with those fees), but what I had an issue with was being charged $149 for a capacitor that dare anyone price any where that you find for over $35! Now if that isn't the definition of upcharging then I dont know what it is. So know when I inquire/ question that cost for a cap I could get for as low as $9 but all he could do is chuckle and make light of "Well those Chinese made capacitors are worth a damn"......I'm like "So what this American made one is made of gold or something? "🤷🏾‍♂️ So now he's talkative try to explain the R-22 freon fee (what which I never disputed because I already knew the price on that had went up), but there was know explanation of the charge of this $149 capacitor. I know for a fact if he would have communicated that fee prior to installing it I would have deferred & got one on my own. So me I given the "tourist/foreigner" charge. Maybe I wasn't what he was use to servicing... I dont know.🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ you tell me. That is all.

Our heater suddenly stopped working Friday night. Called them Saturday morning and within the hour, a technician came out. Very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it at very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. The ladies who answer the phones are extremely nice and went above and beyond the call of duty. Carl and his crew were efficient and thorough. They helped explain the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. Excellent overall service. Best experience I have had with any air conditioning/heating company. Highly recommend.
