Superior Air Repair

I called and someone was out to my house the same day. The fix was completed the next day! Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful. Hopefully, I won't have any future issues but if I do, I will certainly call Superior Air Repair!

My AC went out in my shop and I called Superior and they had someone out within about an hour or so. Robert showed up and got my shop cooling again very quickly. Professional, polite, and efficient!! Me and my clients thank you!!

Jason is a rockstar! He communicated very well from the time he got the call to the time he was leaving his current job and heading our way. He got here, diagnosed the problem in minutes, and had it fixed in minutes. He educated me on ways to help my system. I highly recommend superior and Jason!

If the name of your technician is JASON, STAY AWAY. Besides looking sleazy and like a junkie, he checked out my heater and said I would likely need a new one (about $6,000) but he could potentially fix it but the part itself was $500 so with labor it would be more. He recommended I just buy a new unit and used scare tactics to get me to avoid the repair by saying since it's an old unit it may not function correctly and by law he would have to disable it so that I could never use it until it's replaced. I told him to send me quotes for both options. Here's where it gets juicy.

I said I would likely go with the repair and that I would pay the $95 diagnostic fee that I wasn't told about when he comes back the next day to do the repair. He proceeded to curse me out for making him come out for free and tried to make me feel bad talking about how he had to leave his kids at home just to fix my heater. He said he would put me on a no call list so that no one in town would help me out.

The next day I called another HVAC company and they mentioned to me that the previous technician intentionally left the blower motor unhooked so that the furnace wouldn't turn on. They were able to repair the furnace for $380 parts and labor included and they didn't charge me anything for reconnecting the blower motor. I'm just glad I found my go to HVAC person. Message me for the name of the other HVAC company if you need honest, good help!

Robert was our technician. He was extremely courteous and showed concern for us sitting in the heat all day long. He fixed our AC quickly. If I ever need anything else I will definitely ask for him!

My new furnace was installed quickly. The techs were respectful. They cleaned up everything after they finished. Everything went well, and I am warm int the cool mornings we have had recently.

The techs were great, very professional. They kept me informed of their progress and they cleaned up after themselves. I regret I didn’t have this service sooner, my home feels much “lighter”

Overall system check up was performed. I was very satisfied with the progress of the service and the service technician was extremely helpful and explaining and going over everything with me and advised me that my system was in great shape.
