This was one of the best experiences ever. The service was truly great. Austin came on time and was done sooner then he estimated. He was very polite and gave me a lot of options on how to keep my air clean. He was very friendly and informative. I always thank people when they give good service but this was one I just had to give a review about. The price was exactly what they told me it would be. Thanks Superior Air Repair.

It has been over nine years since we moved into our home. The people who originally installed our HVAC system proved a great disappointment. They even refused to do repair work on the system in my wine closet. I went through a couple of more HVAC specialists with no luck. Then I tried Superior Air. Superior Air knows its business. I had the unit for the main part of our home go out and Richard from Superior Air came out to survey our home and recommended a step-up from a 2 1/2 ton system to 4 tons. The new system was installed in less than a day and we have never been this comfortable before. Our old system would run all day and never catch up with the Texas heat. The Trane system installed by Superior Air let us set the thermostat 5 degrees higher and we feel more comfortable then we ever did with the old system. Superior Air also replace the system in my wine closet which died. Again a fantastic job. My wine closet has never been better. I am thankful that I found Superior Air. They know their stuff, are professional, and I trust them completely.

2022 worked on my freezer march 3 $660.05 fixed it!! stopped working again march 7 no charge. march 18 replaced some sensors $373.27. may 3 stopped working again $403.51 froze evaporator core. may 26 stopped working again $205.68 froze core. here i am now again june 6th and still not working...... new freezer cost $2000 and have spent that much and still not working.

I chose them based on a friend’s recommendation of him personally knowing the owner. The initial call out was very responsive. Then after the first part was replaced, something else was wrong, and the next thing you know we were being told a ton of reasons why we shouldn’t repair and then were pushed to buy a new HVAC unit. The list of reasons to get a new unit was long and very well thought out...like it’s what they do...try to sell new units.
Long story short, we brought in another company that fixed the old unit. I won’t go back to superior.

They arrived shortly after I made the call to inspect my issue, and were quite meticulous in pointing out what needed repair and why. The Consultant broke down the problem into laymen terms even I could understand. The work crew themselves were professional, focused, and tidy with their work. I'd use them again for all my AC needs.

We started smelling burning rubber late at night. We found Superior by accident, but they will now always be our go to company. Jason was extremely professional and fixed the AC in record time, as well as explained what happened. Great service, especially for after hours.

Great customer service. Careful to not leave a mess- used shoe covers while inside. Seemed very thorough, and explained entire visit.

I had problem during the past ten years concerning my A/C temperature setting -- the thermostat inside the house often read as high as 86 degrees, while the air conditioner kept on running, nonstop. Several technicians came to just add refrigerant because it had leaked. But no repair was made, as if they plan to get the easy income that way, year after year. They had convinced my closest neighbor that there was no other way to correct the problem. Thanks to Superior Air Repair Service Manager who shows me today that the leaking of refrigerant can be corrected by replacing the Schrader valve. After he left, my thermostat reading now stays at the setting @78 degrees fro the first time.

Jason conducted my annual A/C inspection yesterday. I couldn’t be more pleased. He is knowledgeable, courteous, professional and assisted in getting my unit functioning as it should. I highly recommend Jason with Superior Air Repair.

This company, out of 30 years of dealing with HVAC companies in this area, has been the BEST. Mac, Justin and the others I have dealt with, have been professional, friendly and thorough. They let me know if there is anything wrong with not only the HVAC systems, but with anything else they may see. I appreciate this very much, as I don't get into the attics much. Plus, they have gone to extremes to make sure that my systems work perfectly and to my satisfaction.
I would give this company and the people I deal with the highest mark available. No doubt, they are the best in this area.
