Superior Air Repair

They provide awesome services! Jason is vey responsible guy, which is great for his company. He helped me fix my thermstat issue and found out the water drainage issue as well. I called the customer services at 6 pm and they came in an hour on weekend, and finish all the work within a short time. I personnally highly recommend Jason and his company!

Technician was very thorough. During the last inspection he made a recommendation about the drain. I forgot. He reminded me this time. I agree I should have done it and will try to get it done before the October inspection. Again, Superior Air did superior service.

July 9 at 8pm our.central unit quit working. I called dispatch. Austin the on call tech called with 30 minutes. He had a couple of stops to make. He arrived at 10:30 and within the hour we were cool!
Can’t say enough about Austin and Superior Air. Their customer service is outstanding and dependable. Thanks again!

Our system was not cooling properly. We called after 8:00PM one evening. Serviceman came out within the hour. Checked our system out, he added freon. System was cooling within 30 minutes. So very thankful. Thank you again

Great service. They had to order a part for an older ac and found it. It was installed asap and tech was so nice. Highly recommend!!

Jason was here on time, replaced the AC filter and took the metal cover that holds the filter in place to the outside where he washed and cleaned it thoroughly. Then he went into the attic and fixed several things there. He was almost ready to leave when I asked him if something could be done about attic insulation that was dropping down through the vents into the living area every now and then. He was very agreeable and got a ladder and cleaned the insulation from the vents, even going outside to get a drill so he could remove the vents and clean them more thoroughly. He is a real credit to Superior Air and goes above and beyond what you would expect to do a good job.

We had an appointment scheduled for today to replace an evaporator coil. The Techs arrived on time. The Techs names were Austin and Jacoby (hope I wrote it right) and they were very polite and professional. It was a toasty 90 and humid degrees outside and we have a tiny attic, not one complained. They got the work done perfectly. My husband thought it was cool, being retired military, that Austin has ties to the military as well.
PS. And Steve is very good at what he does.

Superior air was on time and highly professional. Their people are highly qualified and worked with us every step of the way. They were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns and kept a us informed of exactly how the process would work. We have a brand new AC and heater with dual zones in our house and could not be more pleased.

I found Superior very competitive. The installation of new system was efficient and very professional. Team was polite and considerate. Two days after installation I had a question about the advanced thermostat and a technician arrived within an hour to explain the operation. It was truly Superior service!
