Superior Air Repair

My heat pump was not blowing cold air anymore and they came out very quickly. I am on oxygen and have COPD so the heat in the home was making it worse. The man that came , Jason, was a very nice man and explained clearly what needed to be done. This is the first time using them, but was very confident in the service. They are on now my list of people to call in case of need along with a plumber and other trades. Glad I found them .

They addressed my problem the same day and went above and beyond to get me up and going again. Great customer service and guys that prove they are superior.

My mom's (senior citizen) AC broke over the weekend, and they were able to be at her house and have it fixed in just a couple of hours Monday morning!! Christi who answered the phone and set up the appointment was so nice and very professional. Roger, the technician, was professional and explained things to my mom so she understood what was wrong, and the reasons it may have broken. He checked on the warranty since it was a realatively new unit, and we were able to get a part warrantied.

We have used Superior Air to clean our air ducts at our house, and that was an easy and fabulous experience. That plus this new experience they will be our first call when we have AC issues!!

Repairman was right on time for our fall checkup. He checked the unit out and everything was fine. I needed help in setting up my thermostat and he set it up for me and also set it up on my phone. Called the company to get my password changed. Also showed me a few things on my phone. Roger was awesome. Polite, courteous and very helpful. He really knows his business. Thank you Superior for having good people working for you!!!

1 and 1/2 years ago, we had flooring work done which resulted in lots of dust. After we had another company clean the interior of the house, we had this company come repair the plenum and clean our HVAC system, including the duct work. We kept getting lots of dust throughout the house and discoloration around the closest vent to the HVAC unit in the attic. I finally called another company and they found lots of dust in the ducts, much more than should have accumulated in that time frame. I won't use this company again.

Tech Roger was on time and very professional and personable. Prior to the appointment, the service for scheduling and reminding and follow-up were excellent. Very pleased all around. Would recommend and use again.

They are polite, friendly people. They responded in a timely manner. Explained the problem, gave an estimate for the repair, ordered the part and fixed the problem. They came back the next day to check because I thought there was still an issue, which turned out there wasn't, and they didn't charge for the trip out to check.

I have used Superior for about 5 years. I previously used another a\c-heater service company in College Station for 15+ years. When the ownership of that company changed hands and the new owners provided very poor service service, I changed to Superior.
Superior installed one replacement ac heater unit for me about 4 years ago and has provided spring and fall maintenance services for about 5 years.
I have nothing to say about Superior except good things. If you need good a\c heater services, I don't think you will go wrong with Superior.
