We highly recommend superior air repair. We noticed our ac was not working and the guys Name was Jason came out as soon as he was done with another customer. He was very respectful and polite and he had our ac back up and running in no time . So we really appreciate him coming out and not letting us stay in this Texas heat. Thank you !

We returned from vacation only to find that our AC was not cooling. Called Superior Air that afternoon (based on the very satisfactory response and service we had experience previously a year or so ago). This time was no different. Very knowledgeable, capable technician arrived right after a phone call the next morning saying he was on the way. After a methodical check inside he moved outside and quickly diagnosed a failed fan motor. No scratching his head, wondering aloud, or trying this or that, or suggesting we buy something we didn't need.
Then, showed us how we could save on this service call and those in the future with a maintenance plan - which we subscribed to. Service like this you cannot afford to let slip by. After two very positive experiences with Superior Air, I cannot foresee the reason to try anyone else - even if Carl Walthall should happen to accidentally blink in one of his TV commercials. Ha! LOL

The sales rep was very thorough in explaining what would be done with cleaning our air ducts. The technicians were here on time and finished at the time the sales rep had stated. The price was exactly as quoted to me by the sales rep. Our air system is very clean and we have been quite pleased with the results.

Evaluation of the electronic air filter and took steps to correct the loss of filtration performance by ordering a field charger replacement to be installed later. Also, the dehumidifier function of the system was activated by the technician to better maintain the humidity of the home.

The Superior technician was prompt in his arrival for the system's 6 month check-up. He performed the checks on the unit inside and outside. He did pressure and voltage checks along with a washout of outside unit. He took care of protecting floors and cleaned up behind himself. Great job all around.
