Damn, its cold.
Replacing an AC sucks. First you have to find out whats wrong, then go about the process of finding the right guys who will do a good job, not bend you over a barrel, and have it actually work after theyre done.
If after 24 reviews with 4.8 stars, including this review isnt enough, then you dont deserve Reed to help you.
I gave a call to Jeff. Jeff came out. Jeff gave me several options, Jeff informed of these options throughly, Jeff set an appointment, and now my house is a refrigerator.
The best part. I-didnt-do-a-damn-thing. I said what i want, Reed came out in one day, set a new inside and outside unit, done. The gentlemen that came out were very professional and informative as well. Any question i had was not met with a walleyed "ummm" so it was a great feeling to know that Reed has some good guys doin good work and not some mouth breathers that are only good at lifting heavy things.
You need a new AC? Then you need Reed. Excuse me, ima go set mine to "planet Hoth" and sleep like im in a coma.

Reed helped me out a lot! I was in a bind with no AC. The salesman was kind and understand about the situation. They worked with me with the price to get what I needed within my budget. Within 2 days of the handshake my house was ice cold! Thank you Reed for all your help!

We had a service tech make a call on a Sunday when our AC unit quit cooling. He went above and beyond to help us. He spent about two hours at the house answering our questions and giving us advice on our options. We never had the impression that we were wasting his time. He was extremely helpful and this was unexpected for a Sunday service call.

I had an awesome experience with this company. Tom came out and was very helpful and attentive to the issues we were having. The only thing that wasn’t ideal for this visit was that he was two hours later than what I was told. I would have liked some one to have called and let me know that his previous job was taking longer than expected. However, the service provided when he showed up was worth the wait. Would use again!

Technicians Mr.Dimitri and Mr.Will provided excellent service and were very informative and professional. Definitely reccomend this company! My entire central a.c/heating unit had to be replaced and they installed the whole thing with no issues.

This shout goes out to Service Tech Anthony Turner. Had a no heat issue. First Technician wired my thermostat up wrong causing the 3am fuse to blow when the heat was turned on. Second Technician came out and said I had a bad thermostat so I bought a new one just like the old one...same problem. So I bought another thermostat and waited on the Technician. I explained my problem to Anthony over the phone and he knew right off what the problem was. He rewired the thermostat and put the old one back on and wa allah the unit fired right up within minutes. Truly one of the most knowledgeable, honest Technician's I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you Anthony.

I was NOT impressed. $179 for service call and leak check, basically to tell me what I knew before I called - (that the unit wasn't working). Service guy asked twice (after I took off work to meet them there) if we could just reschedule for the next day because he was "in a bind".
I feel like he should have told the dispatch he couldn't take the call instead of getting me to take off work and then wanting me to reschedule for the next day before he even tried to do the service call.
I need a new unit and will be getting one in the next week but I'm looking elsewhere... I'm not saying the charges were not expected...but I am saying when you charge someone $179 for something that doesn't resolve the issue, you should at least make them feel like you want to be there to help them.
Didn't make me want to spend thousands of dollars with them.
I do not usually post reviews, but I chose them based on the excellent reviews they had here.
I feel like I threw my money away.
