The salesman, Andrew, was knowledgable and responsive; and the technicians, Ray and Brian, were prompt and professional. They addressed not only the issue that I initially had with my air conditioning unit- they corrected the issues from when the unit was originally installed, all at a fair price. Would recommend, would use again.

The crew were amazing, massive 4-day project, with R & R of ancient ducting and 16-year-old indoor and outdoor units. They cleaned up after themselves every day, hauling out and away the old ducting from a very low ranch style roof. They were happy to answer my questions as work progressed, and there were FIVE service trucks on the last day to cover all bases and ensure that the installation met our expectations. The Carrier units themselves are so good (still in their first day of operations) that I wish we had had this work done sixteen years ago when we had the chance back then.

Ray, Will and Derek working for Reed Service Company were outstanding! They manged to install a completely new HVAC system in umder 8 hours. I could not have been more pleased. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

Excellent prices and customer service. Andrew, the AC Salesman, beat another quote by over a thousand dollars and offered better equipment. Install techs Brian and Dmitri arrived promptly at 7:30 AM and worked until 5:30 pm to get the work done. I would highly recommend Reed Service for all of your AC needs.

Jeff Ridley took the time to verbally explain the scope of work, and the benefits of doing the task as he prescribed, and provided a drawn out sketch of the process, making sure I had a clear understanding of how the work would be executed.

The technicians(Adam & Larry) arrived on-time and was ready to work!
Larry & Adam were extremely professional and courteous, they both demonstrated a pleasant demeanor and their work was exceptional.
The work area was cleaned upon completion of the job!

We just installed two mini splits air conditioning systems at the Animal shelter where I work . The guys were great, timely insulation and great service. We are loving our system. We recommend Reed Services for all your heating and cooling needs!

Jeff, the service rep, was very thorough of his explanation of the mini split product. Danny and Brent, the installers, did an amazing job with attention to detail with the installation of the mini split unit and repair to the old duct system.

This Company is the BEST throughout the Entire Golden Triangle. They Completed a Job in 1 day that a company couldn’t finish in 4!!!
