I have had the best experience ever working with REED A/C Services. From the initial call to the end of service they were spot on. Jeff and his crew made this experience great. He put in a lot of work to make sure we got the best of everything including price. Jeff went far and beyond what I could have ever expected by reaching out to the A/C Manufacturing company and discovered that one piece that needed repair was still under warranty, which helped tremendously with the price. I prayed to God for a good company and he answered my prayers

We purchased a new commercial unit for our church. Their bid saved us about 20% over our previous vendor. They installed the equipment on the next business day. The installation crew were very professional and courteous. They have won our loyalty. Ask for Jeff Ridley in sales. He will take really good care of you.
UPDATE: My issue was taken care of by a wonderful person named Sara. She sent a manager out with a replacement hose. The company did the right thing and apologized for the actions of the gentleman who caused my complaint. I plan to call Reed when I need ac work(far in the future, I hope.). First off, I was not a customer and cannot comment on the quality of their work, though my neighbor, who was the customer seemed to be satisfied. What I do not appreciate is how they damaged my waterhose, used the same Ace Hardware branded aluminum tape to "fix" it that they used on my neighbor's indoor duct. Didn't tell my neighbor, didn't leave a note on my door, just drove off like nothing happened.

I can describe their service as being trustworthy, professional, top-notch, dependable, and knowledgeable in what they do. They come to our home regularly to check our unit, and change our filter as needed. The service men that comes to our home are always respectful and polite, which is an important attribute to us since we are seniors. Much of this first-class service is due to their Comfort Consultant Specialist Jeff Ridley. A young man and proud veteran whose hard work we have learn to appreciate. Two years ago we bought a new home which came with American Home Shield. The unit didn’t last and went out during the hot summer heat. We fought with American Home Shield for two sweltering hot weeks with no help. We called Jeff on a Friday, he was at our home in one hour and installed a new unit the next day on a Saturday. Thank you Jeff, your immaculate work does not go unnoticed. If you are looking for an air condition company to do business with, look no further. I highly recommend Reed for all of your air condition needs. I give this company five stars with no reservations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had the privilege of working with Jeff Ridley at Reed. As a metal building vendor, I placed an order for a Daikin 2-ton mini-split with him over a year ago. My customer ended up having severe delays. Jeff never complained, and held my price firm. They were just able to complete installation, and it's perfect. They met my electrician on-site for a field check before installation as well. I am looking forward to continuing to partner with Jeff and Reed Service in the future!

This company is amazing!! From the receptionist to the salesmen and even the installers! These are good people and they do quality work. They answered every call we had and got back to us quickly. We shared a need of a single mom with 6 boys with many different A/C companies that this family desperately needed a new A/C and Reed A/C jumped at the opportunity. They went above and beyond what they had to do for this family. They have our business and we are so proud to have a company like them in our area!
Wayne was fast, friendly, and informative! The price was good, but I will always call Reed because the service is only as good as the technician and my technician was awesome!
Update: 1 year later and time to upgrade the entire system. Jeff gave me a great price, explained every step of the process, and got me fixed up quick. Thanks again guys!
