Anthony Turner was the name of the tech that came to my house. He was the nicest tech I have ever dealt with. He was not only competent He was very friendly. He answer all my questions in such a nice and professional way. He fixed my heater when three before couldn't. If you have any heating or HVAC needs request Anthony. For the bosses . Me and my husbands ac had stopped working. It was 92 degrees in our home. We have 2 dogs, one with congestive heart failure, so we started calling around trying to get someone out to help us. Being that it was a Sunday we didn't think we would get anyone who wouldn't charge an arm and a leg. Finally we called Reed Service Company. They quoted us a decent price for coming out and they fixed it in under an hour. Great service, great price! I did not meet the man who fixed our ac yesterday as I was in a room with my dogs trying to keep them as cool as I could, but I'd like him to know he was my hero yesterday! And I thank him so much for helping us out. So many companies we called made excuses not to come out because they were thinking it was gonna be something they wouldn't have a part to till monday. They wouldn't even try. But this man from Reeds did, and I thank him so much for that. You guys are the best!!! We will certainly use you again if needed!!

My experience with Reed far exceeded my expectations. From my initial meeting with their sales representative, Jeff to the installation by Brian, Danny and Taylor I have nothing but good things to say. Reed is the best! I had a unit installed by another company and it was the worse experience of my life. I called several companies to come out and fix what this company had done. Jeff Ridley at Reed Service Company came and diagnosed the situation and immediately was able to come up with a plan to fix my problem for a reasonable price . So I cannot brag on this company enough. They provided a new unit for my family and what a difference it made. It's hard to find a company that keeps their word and has a heart for the people they service. Jeff was kind and very professional, he even checked on us after the install to ensure everything was working properly. The crew left no traces of being there. I have six boys and I expected some mess but they cleaned behind themselves, they were polite and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

It was extremely easy to request a quote after hours on their website and Jeff responded promptly the next morning. He was right on time and provided a quote right on the spot explaining the options available while being sure to address all of our concerns with our previous system.
