I had a fan motor that was continuously running.I called to set up a repair time and Derrick responded within 2 hours of me calling. This young man was very respectful and professional and diagnosed my problem quickly. The warranty was out on my part by a few days and he was able to have the company honor the warranty. Parts had to be ordered and they came in promptly and Derrick returned to finish the repair. He is a fine young man and an excellent repairman who works for a great company. Thermacon sells a great product with Lennox and they stand behind the work and the product. I am very happy with them.

Had the Fan motor go out on the air handler in the attic. Could not get a new fan motor for two weeks from the factor but Thermacon kept looking until they found a new fan motor else were. Hats off to you and thank you so much for all your service. The service Tech. was very good at his job and a very responsible person. Will be using Thermacon in the future for all my air condition and heating needs, Thanks again!

UPDATE: Dennis from Thermacon was able to look into this issue and resolve the problem in a prompt manner and apologized for previous conversations and inconveniences.

Called this company out to check out an AC and why it wasn't cooling at a rental property. The Tech sent out claimed to have replaced the capacitor and said he would call me back the next day for a motor replacement. I never recieved a call and when I called the tenants to see how the AC fared through the night I was notified that they didn't believe the termacon tech replaced anything and was only there for around 15min. After hearing two different stories, I called another HVAC professional to look at the unit and send me pictures. The capacitor on the unit was dated 2017 and clearly not new. I called thermacon regarding this issue and did not get a resolution.

We purchased our AC from Thermacon earlier this year and was recently contacted for our bi-annual service. Derrick came out and provided excellent customer service by ensuring and even contacting Lennox on my behalf to make sure that my the Lennox app and my thermostat worked correctly. He went well above and beyond to ensure I am able to use all of the capabilities we had paid for. I would highly recommend Thermacon based on this experience. Thank you

Love the service Thermacon provides! This company takes care of its customers with prompt, professional service. We have used them for a few years now and have been very satisfied.
Today Rhett came out to replace the diffuser motor in our heating system. He was very professional, right on time, and had the work done in a little over an hour. He also gave us advice on installing a carbon monoxide detector, as our heating system is getting older, and changed the batteries in our existing smoke alarms! Thank you, Rhett, for going above and beyond the work order. Your concern for our safety is much appreciated!

One of their drivers almost ran my elderly, disabled mom who just got out of the hospital off the road as they were speeding and all kinds of junk flew out of their truck. I called the office to let them know but I doubt if anyone did anything!

I called Thermacon after the company I had a service contract with couldn’t find a blower motor and left me hanging for 5 days in June with no A/C. Denis, the service manager, was responsive and really went the extra mile—he took ownership of the issue. He tried his best to get someone out to me the same day. I knew that was a longshot, but I appreciated the effort. When there was a hiccup getting a blower motor out of Houston the next day, he made it happen. He set the tech, Philip, to pick it up and drive it directly to my house to install it. A little more than 24 hours after my initial contact, they had my air conditioner repaired. Everybody I dealt with delivered great customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

After contacting Thermacon about my AC not cooling, Nick was sent to my house. He was prompt, and professional. After diagnosing the issue, he gave me options for repair, prices included. My wife and I decided that a new system would the best solution. Thermacon then sent out Mark, a comfort specialist, who went over multiple payment, and system options; that was on a Tuesday. Friday morning Kevin and Phillip showed up for a complete system install. The service they provided was professional, and efficient, with thorough instructions. They were friendly, and had a spotless clean up. Thermacon will be the only AC/Heating company that we use from now on.
