Blake was very friendly and professional all in one. He was able to work within my budget at a reasonable price. Kevin, Jake, and Kyle made the job look easy and was on point with every step of the installation. All four guys were approachable and answered every question no matter what. I would highly recommend this company. Their slogan says it all , " professional service is there business. " I can't thank em enough. Excellent service. The gentlemen were all professional and polite. From the serviceman, Eric, to the equipment specialist, Lance, to the installers, Kevin, Brent, and Sam, they all did great work, took care to protect my home, explained everything, and cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend this company and these men.

Blake was super helpful in choosing a new unit that fit our budget. Kevin did an awesome job installing the unit for us with the help of Jake. What was supposed to take all day only took them about 6 hours. I am thoroughly impressed with their service.

Thermacon’s Beaumont team received my 5 star rating because of the professionalism, and customer service conveyed beginning last year with a service call for my old system. This year rather than spend money on the temporary fix for a leaking system, I opted to purchase a new Lennox system. My roommate owns the house I live at and I came home to a house. Thermacon was contacted after hours and Micah contacted me and informed me that 4 houses were in front of me. I decided that I would forgo the services around 10 and Micah informed me that someone would contact me in the morning and a morning call would save me money. Thermacon contacted me and I set up an appointment. Micah ended up servicing me again. He was quick, informative, and provided great service. Thermacon made it simple although I did not originate the call and I would highly recommend the company and Micah. Thank you!

Excellent service. Not many companies will come to the Bolivar Peninsula to service an AC unit, and since Covid even fewer. Not only did they come, they were able to come the very next day. You don't find that kind of consideration for our rural needs in other companies. Usually service companies have one day a month they'll be out our way and if you can't work with them, it'll be their next available date a month later. Thermacon, NEXT DAY service.

Our company has used Thermacon multiple times and we appreciate that we receive great same day service. Even when we have called the emergency line after work hours, we receive a call minutes after they open the next business day. The technicians are very professional and patient.
