Had an issue with out AC cooling out house called at noon about 2 PM I got a call from a man named Rhett. He arrived at my house and within 20 minutes he knew what was wrong with the AC and had the AC unit up and running. Truly professional and knowledgeable.

Great service! Quick appointment time. Micah was very thorough, extremely helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed having him in my home. Next time we have ac problems we will definitely call Thermcon and ask for Micah.

Thermacon’s service tech., Darion, performed a PM on our home system, was very thorough, explained what he was doing & recommended a system upgrade which was accepted. Have always had great service from Thermacon & Always receive professional service from great people! Thanks again... : )

Not only did we’re they non responsive I felt because I’m a minority after learning from they’re employees that on social media how they feel about servicing people of color. This saddens me greatly that this company allows these people to work for them and pretend these things don’t exist. Never again will they get my money for the services they provide neither with HMU family who uses this service as well

I wanted to thank Mikah Roach. He came to inspect our ac/heating system today. Even though it was late in the evening on Valentines Day Mikah was very professional with a great sense of humor. He made us feel at ease by explaining things very clearly. He exhibited exemplary knowledge of ac systems and it is very apparent that he loves his job. Overall we were very pleased with his performance!! Thanks!!

Just installed my second Lennox system in the past 6 months replacing the originals installed by the builder. Service was quick and handled properly. I was quoted a price for my services and parts but during the repair Matthan the technician quickly realized that one of the parts ordered wasn't needed. Thanks to his knowledge he saved me 500 dollars. Highly recommend Matthan and thermacon.

Thermacon was servicing next door neighbors system. Matthan noticed our AC was out and came next door and asked if we needed service. And I said yes and gave a good explaination of problem. Also showed the issue. And help put our window unit in for use. Thanks Thermacon for great technicans who are thoughtful and mindful.

Fast Service!! I called and they had my a/c repaired within 3-4 hours . This is call time and fixing the a/c. Called around 130 pm and Nick was here at 500pm. Had sir fixed within hour. Very cordial and polite both Nick Tech and Kala/Brandi . Thank you Thermacon !!!👍👍👍

Had a spring checkup by Matthan Baggett. He was very professional and took care of everything as I expected. Bought new, high grade Lennox system 2 years ago, and bill has come down. Also had an Air Knight installed. Have three inside cats, clean litter box everyday, and with Air Knight you would not know we had pets when coming into our house.
