Adam was very professional and prompt. He knew how to explain the air conditioning jargon to me. I'm pleased that this business has a yearly maintenance plan for me to purchase. They will assist me with remembering scheduled maintenance. It was late in the workday but Adam didn't complain and he was pleasant while working in the heat. I'm thankful I found this business. They have a business excellence model structured to perform quality service. Something needed in today's world.

I don't typically do reviews. However, when service is as good as it was with Thermacon they deserve a big "pat on the back". My old AC just wasn't repairable and I had to have a new system installed. They did an excellent job, price was very competitive, and best of all they were very quick to get everything done.

Had new Lennox Heat Pump installed last week. Great job by sales rep Lance. Sold me what I needed for my purposes. Right to the point and answered all my questions. The crew of Kevin,Layne and Philip were timely, efficient and extremely friendly. Answered all my questions as dumb as some of them were. Highly recommend these folks and don’t believe you will disappointed. Price was definitely right.

Blake Kelley is an awesome salesman. Our a.c. unit went out and he helped us get a brand new unit. I definitely recommend Thermacon if you are needing a new a.c. unit. They were definitely a godsend! Jake and Duncan came out and installed our new system and they did a great job. They were very polite and professional.

Everyone I worked with--Mark, Kevin, and Lance--indeed, their entire team--did a superb job of helping me select and then install my new HVAC system. It included a state-of-the art heat pump, electric resistance heaters, a REME Halo ultraviolet light sanitizing system, a new high-efficiency filter at the air handler, and a new thermostat. We've been using the system since July 2020 and have been thrilled with its performance. The system has been running cooler during the peak summer months, but the energy consumption has been consistently lower than historical levels. We've been satisfied customers for over 31 years. This company consistently delivers excellent quality products and service in a highly professional manner, a true "Search for Excellence" company.

these folks put the PRO in professional. Kevin was so professional with years of experience. I could tell right away he had been doing his job for many years. I was impressed that the owners son was part of the crew doing the work. He was one of two helpers and when Kevin gave them orders they carried them out right away. they also laid out floor coverings every where they were walking and when finished they cleaned up every speck of trash. And the salesman Mark Ragsdale was so professional, when he came to visit and discuss our business, he was NOT overpowering. His knowledge helped me make the right decision about my purchase. I will be using these folks again, and I encourage you to give these folks a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough about this company. They did a 4 day job for us, very punctual, very knowledgeable, very thorough. The job was far beyond our expectations. They came in and cleaned up the mess behind another HVAC company. I would use this company time and time again. I highly recommend them. Don't always go with your cheapest bid. Thermacon is a really good company with well trained employees. The office staff (Penny) is super friendly and professional. The home I've been renting for the past seven years has a contract with Thermacon for the AC/H the whole time. The technicians are well trained and knowledge. The most recent technician to come out was Matthan. He was on time and worked quickly. He found areas that needed to be sealed and repaired. He took of the matter in no time. I would recommend Thermacon to any home owner!

Thermacon went above and beyond in getting a unit installed one business day after our order. Blake Kelley was very professional, friendly and patient with all of our questions and checked in on the installation. The installation lead Kevin Heartfield with the help of Brent and Carlos worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up as they went - everyone made sure we were taken care of before they left.
