I would HIGHLY recommend Reed Service Company. They came out and did a great job with our A/C unit. Ray, Brian, and Danny were an amazing team and got it done. I really appreciate Jeff for coming out to review our units and any question we asked he answered and explained. This definitely our go to A/C company. Now our home is ready for this Texas weather.

Reed Service installed a new AC/Heat unit at our home. It was a great experience from start to finish! Jeff Ridley well advised us on replacing our 19 year old unit. Installation guys did a great job. And Jeff came for a final walk through and answered all our questions. Pricing was reasonable too! Painless from start to finish!!

AC went completely out. Jeff came out to quote us on our different options with absolutely no pressure to purchase the most expensive unit. He sat down in our hot house and explained how the different systems worked, making sure we fully understood what we were going to purchase. They came out the next day on time and completed the installation. All the guys were very friendly and knowledgeable of the system they were installing. Jeff was even able to acquire a better unit with a better rebate for us after we spoke about the initial price. Jeff called after a few days to be sure we were completely satisfied and that everything was working properly. When I needed the A/C in my new home replaced, my realtor recommended Reed Service Company and I'm so glad she did. At our initial meeting Jeff Ridley addressed all my concerns and questions, gave me a great deal on a Carrier Comfort 3.5 Ton 16 SEER Condensing Unit, and got the installation scheduled in a timely fashion. He also showed up at 7:45 a.m. on the day of the installation to follow up and told me how long it would take. When Reed Service techs Adam and Larry arrived shortly after that to begin the installation it was absolutely chucking down rain, but despite the weather they didn't stop until the unit was fully installed, checked out and running. Carli in the office coordinated the payment process perfectly and relayed all my messages to Jeff and the team and was always charming and courteous whenever I phoned. My sincere thanks and gratitude to Jeff and all the team at Reed Service Company for making this process so easy for me and for giving me the confidence I can rely on them for professional service whenever I need it. Had a wonderful experience with Reed Service Company. Jeff was friendly and made the process easy for me getting a new unit, and the men doing the installation were courteous and efficient. There was an issue with the outdoor unit being damaged which was not anticipated, but a new one was ordered and delivered via hot-shot. I would recommend Reed for your AC needs!

I was in the market to purchase a new AC unit. Jeff came out , looked over what I had then sat down with me to go over what I needed and what needed to be done. I continue to shop around for the best option for me and my experience was not good. I had one company give me a bid over the phone without ever coming to check exactly what I needed. I had another company come out and he did everything but what I had called him for, then eventually tell me I needed a new unit. Those experiences was not professional on any level. I contacted Jeff, he scheduled the installation date, they arrived the day of installation in a professional manner. Thank you, Jeff for your professionalism. Also, a Thank you to the Techs. They install my new unit and left everything completely clean. So once again Thank you Jeff .

Reed replaced an obsolete unit that was no longer viable with a new, more efficient unit priced very competitively. Arrived on time, performed installation with great workmanship and left area clean. Will definitely use them again with our other HVAC units when they need replacement.

I had an excellent experience with Reed Service Company. Was looking for someone to install a mini-split system I'd recently purchased, and Reed was willing and able to come out very quickly, told me what they wanted to do, asked for my input, and had someone out there promptly to get working on it. One of the supervisors/managers even came back after the work was done just to inspect the workman's craftsmanship. A great experience, and I would not only recommend them but will plan to use them in the future for any/all HVAC-related needs!

Reed Service Company was excellent on time, helpful and very knowledgeable. I had a tired old ac and reached out to a couple of ac companies in the area and Reed's contacted me and set up an appointment the following day to come out and review my system and house. I was offered 4 options to choose from and never felt any pressure and everything was thoroughly explained. Ac appointment was setup promptly and was exactly what I asked for and I received a follow up call to see how everything was going and if I was satisfied. Needless to say I was very satisfied.
