I was really pleased with Blue Ribbon. Ron was friendly, punctual, and answered my many questions with candor and professionalism. Nice to have a local HVAC contractor I can trust.

We first used them for a complete remodel of our existing home. We doubled the size of the house and had them recommend what would be the best system for us driven around efficiency not the cost of the system. to make a long story short this home in Bastrop Texas in the summer the electric bill have never been over 90.00 a month and it is a 1600 sq. foot house.
We built a brand new house next door and it is 2500 sq ft. and the electric bill on this home has never over 80.00 a month that basically unheard of and you can trust them to choose the right equipment and do a proffesional installation of the equipment. They know what they are doing and we highly recommend them.

Ron Macy was great. He identified the issue with the AC and fixed it, but went above and beyond by explaining and educating me in the system and what to look out for. Very professional. Will use these guys again.

Patrick came out because my system wasn’t cooling. He did a very thorough job testing every single part and not just the bad one. I feel very comfortable that my unit is going to run all summer!

We had an issue with our a/c. James came out the same day and fixed it and came back the next day to install a repair to help us in the future. He is knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and friendly.
