After Blue Ribbon recently installed a new HVAC system in our home, we discovered a mold problem which Blue Ribbon has denied all responsibility, gaslight us, and does not follow up on fixing their mistakes. Save your money and time and go with a trustworthy company as this one is not at all ethical.

I had blue ribbon come out today to check out my ac to make sure everything was all good for this Texas heat. Well let me tell you they sent Ron Macy over to go thru everything on the unit inside and out. He showed up on time and was very respectful also he answered every question i had for him regarding my ac/heating unit. For the services i had done the price was fair and done very professional. My appointment was at ate the end of the day on a Friday and let me tell you Ron was very thorough and to make sure the job was completed without rushing. I will say blue ribbon great job and great customer service thank you for checking out my ac unit. Just an FYI they have a great package available to do preventative maintenance on units so you wont be stuck out on a very hot Texas day.

Ron Macy came out to repair my capacitor and gave a quick turnaround during a hot and humid day. I called Amanda, who was very sweet and informative, at 8AM and Ron was out at the house by 2:30PM and done by 3:30. Amazing customer service and I chose to start a membership through Blue Ribbon. Ron Macey was our technician and we highly recommend him and the company. Our ac has been out and just knew it was the worst. He was able to flip a few switches and repair our 23 yr old unit.
We are getting quotes on a news system from them but this bought a little time to figure things out.
We felt he was very honest. He also did not mind answering any questions and educating us in a professional manner about our old unit.
Definitely will use and recommend for any future needs.
