Jose was right on, diligent and patient. Explained his maintenance process, took tons of pictures he also included in the final report. I love these guys. They installed a brand new system in my house 3 years ago, had no issues ever and we now have their maintenance package, that gives us peace of mind. Highly recommend them. It’s not an easy job removing an entire system from the attic and outside and replacing it with another. There was another with Luis (I’m bad with names). They were both friendly, helpful, answered all our questions, and very professional throughout the process.

We got an estimate for replacing and redesigning our duct work system for better air flow and replacing a couple of other parts to help our system run more efficiently. The cost of supplies has gone way up, but Blue Ribbon still quoted a pretty fair price for all the work that needs to be done. We trust them to provide excellent maintenance service, fair prices, and good quality replacement parts when needed. They text you when their technician is on the way and even provide the name of the technician and his picture. Thank you, Ron Macy, for explaining all the work that needs to be done and answering our questions. All the staff we've talked with on the phone and the technicians who have been to our home are friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with.
