Blue Ribbon was extremely prompt in getting us scheduled in. Luis was able to thoroughly elucidate everything that was going on with our system. Overall we were very satisfied with their service.

Heat not shutting down continuing to run. Jonathan took the time to troubleshoot and to check all areas that could be causing the problem. He also try to replicate the problem. I was very thankful for his thoroughness in the investigation .
Outcome he was able to fix and my family and for fur babies are warm. Thank you, Blue Ribbon and Jonathan. This is the second time I have called y’all and I am still very pleased with the workmanship.

Jose was right on, diligent and patient. Explained his maintenance process, took tons of pictures he also included in the final report. I love these guys. They installed a brand new system in my house 3 years ago, had no issues ever and we now have their maintenance package, that gives us peace of mind. Highly recommend them. Blue Ribbon did a great job removing and replacing duct work in my attic. The office staff was friendly and did an excellent job communicating. Dylan and his team were knowledgeable, efficient and clean. I will be using them for all my HVAC repairs in the future. I definitely recommend them.:)

Dylan and John came on time, acted very respectful and very professional. They did a thorough inspection and assessment of the A/C issues. They both explained the problem and recommended future solutions for whatever issues may occur. Their explanation were clear and can easily be understood with how the system works. It’s not an easy job removing an entire system from the attic and outside and replacing it with another. There was another with Luis (I’m bad with names). They were both friendly, helpful, answered all our questions, and very professional throughout the process.

Dylan is a lovely young man who is timely and diligent with his work. He went out of his way to make sure that we were serviced well and happy with our installation. We appreciate a serviceman who comes in with a positive attitude.

We got an estimate for replacing and redesigning our duct work system for better air flow and replacing a couple of other parts to help our system run more efficiently. The cost of supplies has gone way up, but Blue Ribbon still quoted a pretty fair price for all the work that needs to be done. We trust them to provide excellent maintenance service, fair prices, and good quality replacement parts when needed. They text you when their technician is on the way and even provide the name of the technician and his picture. Thank you, Ron Macy, for explaining all the work that needs to be done and answering our questions. All the staff we've talked with on the phone and the technicians who have been to our home are friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with.
