I called blue ribbon in the off chance that they would go out to my cabin that was far away from their headquarters. They made the trip out because my heater was not turning on. Not only did they find the easy fix at my breaker panel, they helped me out in ways that I didn’t expect them to. Because of their initiative and professionalism, I went ahead and had them install a thermostat while they were there. They stayed to make sure that the furnace was heating correctly so that they left knowing everything was going to work well. Blue Ribbon is now my #1 HVAC company to call when I have problems at my cabin.

They were very responsive, arrived within two hours of my request and identified my issue and immediately began working to correct it. Price was fair for the work performed. Mark was professional and explained in detail what he found and what it would take to correct it. It was a Saturday and he had to go back to town for a part and stayed until the system was up and running.

Made the call for help and get this, they came the same day!!
Now don’t get me wrong, these technicians are extremely BUSY, but was assured someone would take care of us TODAY from the ladies in the office through telephone calls and texts!! Excellent customer customer service!
We were kept in the loop of a timeframe of late afternoon or during the evening, but it would be TODAY!!!
24/7 are their hours and that is hard to find.
These very professional and extremely knowledgeable guys came through our door and took control!!
You would have never known these guys had been working all day and undoubtedly should be tired and ready to go home, but they were very upbeat and handled our problem as if they were working on their own ac repair!!
And, usually to get this kind of service and great customer service it will cost you a small fortune!! We were extremely impressed with our invoice. We even took it a step further to get on their maintenance schedule to keep “COOL” in the Summer and “WARM” in the Winter!!!

CHAPTER 2– Murphy’s LAW struck!!!
We were all hoping for the best from an OUTDATED AC SYSTEM, but in the end, WE realized it was time for a new system!!!!
Fortunately, this company has CHARACTER and COMPASSION and while we were without COLD AIR, they loaned us a portable window system to ensure my elderly Mother In Law would be able to remain home with us while the unit was installed!!!
Well, our installation team showed up bright and early to get started!! Brett and Gavin are TROOPERS!! It would be way too long to write what obstacles they encountered, but “by damn” these guys came out as HEROES!! Brett knows his job and is the perfect one to be showing Gavin what it takes to be a part of a WINNING TEAM!!!
Thank you both for a job well done and I could NEVER describe how well they handled this JOB!!! Class Act!!
At one point it was 88 degrees inside the house and outside it was at least 93 or more!! And no wind blowing at all!!! They worked in the most miserable conditions and somehow they remained calm, cool, and collected!!!
Every obstacle they encountered, they handled it and somehow they kept their upbeat attitude!!
It took all day and into the night, but, by damn—-these guys DID IT!!! Even had reinforcements from the company show up for support and that shows TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAMWORK!!
So, the moral to this rough road we traveled, the destination was TOP NOTCH!!!
So, if you find yourself with air conditioning problems or heating problems, PLEASE don’t waste your time calling anyone else…..YOUR ONLY CALL SHOULD BE TO BLUE RIBBON!!!!
Trust these days is not easy, but, they have truly EARNED MINE!!!
Didn’t know anything or anyone at Blue Ribbon, but their reviews and their hard working employees and business ethics has made me a FAN and will highly recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
