Oscar from Blue Ribbon HVAC service came out for our first inspection since this company installed it 6 months ago. He was knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions and gave us a choice of solutions at different price ranges to resolve a small issue with air flow.

Our A/C unit stopped cooling and we needed service asap because it's Texas and it hot!! I called Blue Ribbon and they got us on the achy for the same day and sent Dylan and a partner to get us all fixed up.

These guys were professional and friendly and got us back up and running in no time!
Dylan was also very informative and kept us in the loop with all they were doing so we never felt uncomfortable with their work.

I would gladly use them again and recommend that you do the same!

Blue Ribbon recently bought Blue Air, LLC which I use for HVAC maintenance and replaced a condenser unit in 2015. They've always done a great job and continue to do so. I'm currently in the process of getting a bid on a New Cooling system for my upstairs and the Blue Ribbon rep was very attentive and answered my questions completely. I haven't made a decision yet on which direction I go, but I would feel confident working with them if it came down to it.

Technician was very thorough and professional. Good company to do business with. Highly recommended.

Jose did a good job on diagnosing noise problem in the AC outside unit. Fixed it by adding insulating support to contain the vibrations. Another technician from another company had recommended replacing the compressor.

Dylan serviced my air conditioner last month. He repaired things other companies didn't even mention! Amazingly, getting a little bit of TLC on my 5 year old ac has saved me not only money on my power bill, but extended the life of my air conditioner as well. I am very happy with blue Ribbon and would recommend them to anyone in the Austin area.

Ron has done a great job for us for years. When we moved from one 15 year old house to another we knew we'd need to keep getting yearly maintenance to our HVAC in order to keep it in good condition, but repair issues come up & when we've had to call Ron he was very responsive & showed up on time, something important to us. I've never felt pressured to do extra work, have always been impressed with the explanations given for maintenance issues, and have felt like the value of the work was allayed at a fair price... not to mention I get to support a local company that always makes me feel like they value my business!

Our concern during the pandemic was not to have someone in our home. He wore gloves, booties and a mask. He made us feel comfortable!! He did Great work fixing our problem.
